A Reliable and Affordable Cross-Platform Testing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Browserstack is that it allows me to easily test my web apps on multiple platforms and browsers. The user interface is intuitive and the customer support is excellent. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable, making it a great option for developers who need to test their web apps on different platforms and browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Browserstack is that certain features, such as real-time debugging, are not available on certain devices. This can be a bit of a problem if you are trying to test on a specific device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is helping me solve the problem of cross-platform testing. By using Browserstack, I am able to quickly and easily test my web apps on multiple platforms and browsers, saving me time and money. The customer support is also very helpful in answering any questions I may have.
Perfect and indispensable app for anyone who is a dev, worth every penny!

What do you like best about the product?
I loved it because it helps you test your site across multiple OS and devices. Not only this as it helps you test as a clean and new user you can test your software with the devices that you don't have access to. I recommend anyone who's working on programming and testing to use this product. Because it has almost all of the devices and browsers that you need for compatibility testing. Thank you for this awesome product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be even better if it gave a free forever package for atleast 2 or 3 devices/browsers. It would keep their users with them and also emliminate fake user accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the ambiguity of a developer and tester of how the product they are testing and developing acts like with other devices and or OSs. With browserstack you can be sure with this all.
Great Tool to Save Money and Design Better
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is a wonderful tool. Instead of having to buy hundreds of devices, you can test your website across most, if not all, common devices and operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
When checking web pages behind a paywall, it would be nice to not have to authenticate every single time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many different users with many different devices and we need to be able to test and troubleshoot for all forms of delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been BrowserStack for more than three years, and the most like feature is its ability to cross-test Browsers and applications with more ease and quick scalability. Besides this, BrowserStack offers more features, mainly integration with Jira, Slack, and other platforms. Its accurate geo-location ability, network throttling and debugging make me love this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, it does have limitation of push notification display in Mobile with Developer signed build, which can be brought out with it. I am hoping to get one in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go around and buy every Android, iOS, laptops, and iPad version. The cost-effectiveness BrowserStack is greatly helping me out!

Amazing ui dashboard, excellent client API'S, excellent suppots many helpfull features

I suggest an improvement in the layout to make the feature of using the local network more intuitive, as often users don't even know that this important feature exists.

Perfect tool for small mobile development teams
What do you like best about the product?
This is the perfect tool for small companies doing mobile development. Nobody can afford to buy all devices that are on market. Particularly android devices. Android has tons of devices with tons of specs so it's hard to get them all. But testing your apps on browser stack is awsome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing plan. It's very hard to test on a device for 10 seconds. I think they should re-design their pricing plan a bit. Also they should add options to change os versions for particular devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing an issue with Samsung S21 with Android 12. Nobody on our team or our company had the same device. And it was not happening on other devices. So BrowserStack came to the rescue and it worked perfectly.
