My bad experience with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
Having wide variety of devices, and having more test products like percy which makes test team to use single tool for all testing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using BrowserStack for the last one month,
1. Support is not that great, we are subscribed to Enterprise license and always getting support after 6 hours.
and we are looking for on call support. If I raise any issue today it will take couple of days to resolve after going back and forth in email. I would recommend BS should have on call support(for Enterprise license) and resolve the issue within 2-3hrs. Email support is not working personally in our project.
2. I was doing a POC for Apple/Google Pay after BS confimed will support both payments but in reality both payments not working It was very frustrating experience when you guys said something working and we paid for it then it is your responsibilty to make sure it works all time if you're not confident and not tested properly please dont launch the product. It is wasting our time.
3. Recently, I am not able to use Appium inspector using App Live product and that issue going back and forth now. It will take days for weeks to get resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack kelps us ( qa team) to check our app on several devices acroos the world.
it is very simple and intuitive to understand the flow while using BrowserStack.

i think that seperating the app testing to live and automate is not really understanble and i would like to use tthe automation in same tier aas app live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack Solves us the need to use many devices ( ios and android) across muliple locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Support on cross platform and cross browser support is very nice thing in the browserstack. It has every device which we need as a part of testing. Also We can get good reports from browserstack and in dashboard many things are clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other product are not very much handy to use as automate and app live, license cost also bit higher compared to other products. We not have inbuild pipelining here we need to use integration with cicd
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
corss browser and cross platform regression testing and smoke sanity suites running on respective time in browser stack and give use email reports on respective basis.

BrowserStack platform helped us to do the mobile testing with diff-2 version, this tool also helped to do the cross-plateform testing.

Is a powerful tool for all kind of testers, i used a lot for do user test in ios and android platforms. Also i can install apks for do rhe same in local products, so is a amazing product

It could be for recent products that you only have 3 days of trials it have to be maybe a account that you can explore more besides your package product that you buyed

User Test for different case test in the products of the company that i work for. Mobile and aplications in different platforms, different browser for do user test

The live manual testing is an A+. Simple and easy to run local tests for connection to a vpn

The UI is rough. Also the automation integration has given me more trouble than relief despite the simple steps
