Effortless Browser Testing Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of spinning up new devices and easily being able to test web development applications across a broad spectrum of applications. It's really valuable to have access to real devices for testing, as it's not easy to get these kinds of devices. Being able to debug and find any kind of bugs and issues on specific devices is also very helpful to me. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the free tier, it could be more helpful to test on a few more devices and maybe a little bit longer. For the paid one, it could be helpful to manage more devices at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of testing websites on devices I don't have, making it easy to spin up new devices and test web apps across a broad spectrum.
Effortless UI and Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and options that BrowserStack offers, especially because of its ease of use and clarity. I love using the BrowserStack Automate tool, and it was very easy to set up. IT set it up when I got my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's fine but improvements to keep up with current industry changes would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing emails and sites. I like its easy-to-use UI and options, especially the BrowserStack Automate tool.
BrowserStack Makes Cross-Browser Testing Fast, Easy, and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes cross-browser and cross-device testing extremely easy without needing to maintain physical devices or complex virtual machine setups. The platform provides access to a wide range of real browsers and operating systems, which helps ensure that applications behave consistently across environments. The interface is intuitive, the setup is straightforward, and integrations with automation tools like Selenium and CI/CD pipelines work smoothly. It significantly speeds up debugging and improves confidence before releasing to production.
What do you dislike about the product?
While BrowserStack is very powerful, the platform can occasionally feel slower when running tests on remote devices compared to local environments. Session startup time and network latency can sometimes impact productivity when running many tests. Additionally, pricing can be relatively high for smaller teams, especially when scaling automation sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of testing applications across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems without maintaining a large in-house device lab. For development teams, this reduces infrastructure costs and eliminates the overhead of managing different environments. It helps catch browser-specific issues early in the development cycle, which improves software quality and reduces production bugs. For our workflow, it enables faster release cycles and allows the QA and development teams to collaborate more efficiently.
Real Devices That Make Troubleshooting Easy with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
This is truly a hardware device, not a simulator or emulator. Whenever I run into a device-specific issue, BrowserStack is the first—and usually the last—place I go to troubleshoot it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point to one drawback, I’d say performance is the only downside I’ve experienced when using BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, the issues I run into are typically iOS-specific “quirks.”

I find BrowserStack makes it convenient to test quickly, iterate, and launch products faster. It ensures my product works properly across all devices, allowing quick testing with automation.
Efficient Mobile App Testing with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for mobile apps testing and automation. I like that it helps with device fragmentation by providing a variety of devices with different OS combinations. The parallel testing and testing queues are beneficial. I appreciate the APP-LIVE feature, as it allows me to test crash fixes on specific devices with specific OS versions. App Automate is another feature I value for running automation on a daily basis across a wide range of devices. The initial setup was good, with easy-to-understand documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime devices get timeout and don't start smoothly which is one of the major issues I see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves device fragmentation by providing access to various devices and OS combinations, enabling parallel testing. APP-LIVE helps test crash fixes on specific devices, while App Automate runs daily automation across a wide range of devices.
Plenty of Devices and Versions for Thorough Testing
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of devices and versions to test on
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the logs are not very clear and it feels quite unorganized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving UI Test automation and testing on Android devices (I'm an iOS dev and dont have an Android to test the app developed by the Android team)
Promising, but the UI Feels Overcomplicated
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the AI agents and the wide range of testing coverage. Customer support is also really good, with very little turnaround time. I use BrowserStack almost every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overcomplicated UI is something I feel could be improved. As it stands, this makes it harder for users to feel comfortable with ease of use and implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage is having everything in one place. On top of that, the agents are really handy when you’re testing AI-based products.
BrowserStack: A QA Game-Changer with Seamless Device Access
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI integration in BrowserStack. The way they implemented it is genuinely useful, speeding up the process and sometimes suggesting or identifying problems that we might not have identified ourselves. I also appreciate the ease of accessing all kinds of devices and emulating not just their screen resolution but also different specificities. With device simulation, we now automate much more, covering whichever device the user has, thanks to BrowserStack. Additionally, being a cloud-based software, the setup was completely hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is developing quite fast and taking into account user feedback. No issues at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack reduces the need for extensive QA staff and device maintenance, helps us find edge cases, speeds up processes with AI integration, and allows easy access to a variety of devices for testing.
Effortless Cross-Browser Testing with Minor Android Speed Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for cross surface testing of our product, including different browsers and devices. I like the fast spin-up of new devices for testing and the fact that almost all variations are available. It's pretty easy to set up, and we can quickly see how our UI/UX will look on different Android and iOS devices without investing in buying new devices. Using BrowserStack ensures we know what our customers will see, allowing us to complete our development and QA in a very short span of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed at which the device is getting used. We feel a bit of lag many times in using Android devices. Slow navigation, it always feels there is a lag or less memory on Android devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack lets us test UI/UX across devices without buying new ones, ensuring customer experience, speeding up Dev and QA with quick device spin-up.
