Great UI but Setup Can Be Frustrating

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for Test Case writing, execution, and automation testing. I like the UI's great look and clarity, which is better compared to the tools I've used before. The UI text, font, and buttons are more prominent, making things easier. I enjoy the ease of access throughout the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some demos are at off times, and using the 'Get demo' option didn't work because I got a reply through email that sounded rude. I had to reach out to multiple documentations to get started initially, which was very frustrating. The initial setup was not easy because there were no demos available, and the BrowserStack team was not ready to provide a demo either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for test case writing and automation testing. The UI is clearer and more accessible than other tools I've used. However, demo availability was an issue, and initial setup was a bit frustrating due to the lack of demonstrations.

BrowserStack Makes Real-Device Cross-Browser Testing Effortless

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has been a go-to for cross-browser testing. Being able to test on real devices gives me confidence that what I'm seeing actually reflects what users experience. It's made browser compatibility testing so much less of a headache, especially when supporting a wide range of devices and browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is session load times. Spinning up a new browser session can feel sluggish, which adds up when you're running through a lot of tests. Not a dealbreaker, but it does interrupt the flow a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack eliminates the need to maintain a collection of physical devices or local browser environments. Ensuring consistency across browsers and devices is critical and BrowserStack makes that practical without the overhead of managing your own device lab.

Boosts App Testing with Multi-Device Compatibility

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the compatibility of multiple applications that BrowserStack offers. It's really helpful for testing across different devices like Android and iOS with various versions and variants. This capability allows me to test builds without causing any version conflicts, and I get to know if there will be any issues before moving to pre-production. Also, setting up BrowserStack was quite easy, and it was pretty straightforward to install and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
In BrowserStack, I noticed that currently, we have been automating from the browser cycle, which feels quite specific. I had to go through the AI structures, and it seems like it might improve. Implementing test cases according to our expectations and having proper assertions should be provided. Based on that, it should work better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves app testing by handling compatibility across multiple devices and versions. It introduced AI-related cases that help a lot. It doesn't cause conflicts on versions, making pre-production testing more efficient.

Streamlined Cross-Browser Testing with Effortless Setup

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack in my daily workflow for testing sites and web apps in different OS and web browsers. It helps me test features that might work on Windows but not on macOS. I find it easy to use and I really like that I can save my favorite stacks, like browser version and OS. The several integrations, especially with my IDE Visual Studio Code and browser integration, are very useful. These features help me to detect issues quickly, which is important in my testing workflow. The initial setup was super easy, too. We use BrowserStack and think it's excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good to have the implementation of a MCP server for agentic development, in order to give AI models like LLaMA or OpenAI models the capacity to change configurations and run testing on their own, with my supervision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test sites and apps across different OS and browsers, solving issues like inconsistent rendering. It's easy to use, lets me save favorite configurations, integrates with tools like Visual Studio Code, and speeds up issue detection in my workflow.

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the wide variety of devices and the various versions it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it is hard to operate the same as a real device sometimes (swipe actions are often not the same)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not needing 20 different devices to test the same thing for a lot of different users is so nice!
