Instant Device Access, Minor Speed Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test websites and apps, and I like having access to real devices in the cloud. It provides instant access to a wide range of real devices, which solves the problem of testing on multiple real devices and browsers. The initial setup of BrowserStack was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use BrowserStack to solve the problem of testing on multiple real devices and browsers. It gives me instant access to a wide range of real devices in the cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross-browser testing used to be the part of my day I dreaded most. Spinning up different environment, checking layouts on Safari vs Chrome vs Edge - it was slow and honestly frustrating. BrowserStack made that whole process feel normal again. I can jump into a real device session in second, catch a CSS bug on iOS Safari that I had never have spotted otherwise, and fix it before it ever hits production. The Live testing feature is what I use most - instant, no setup, just pick a browser and go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the session feels a little slow to load especially when I am in a hurry before a deadline. Pricing is on the higher side for individual developer - wish there was a more affordable solo plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to rely on browser emulators and hope for the best. Now I actually verify my UI on real devices before every release. It's caught layout breaks, font rendering issues, and touch behavior bugs that emulators completely missed. As a fronted developer, that peace of mind is worth a lot.
Easy Access to Thousands of Devices with a Superb Debugging Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility to thousands of devices without the need of a physical device lab. Additionally, user friendly interface for debugging is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hight cost specially for small teams and occasional time lags.

It is extremely helpful for testing teams without the need of a physical device setup.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that BrowserStack is a technical-friendly application, and I can use it very easily. It's especially valuable for manual testing, and I can also perform automate testing with it. The apply and automate plugins are so valuable for me. Plus, the initial setup was so easy that I didn't have any complicated experiences with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's apparent that BrowserStack is slowing down. I don't have specific ideas on how to improve it, but it's a clear issue I’ve experienced.

I use BrowserStack for manual mobile application testing, and it helps with automate testing using its valuable plugins.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how browserstack provides instant access to real browsers and devices for accurate cross-browser testing. It supports selenium and cypress integration which makes automation smooth. The cloud infrastructure removes the need for local setup and speeds up testing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive especially for larger teams. Sometimes tests feel a bit slow or laggy on remote devices. Debugging intermittent failures also can be tricky due to network dependency.

I appreciate how it eliminates the headache of physical device labs. Developers can instantly access thousands of real phones and browsers in the cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the noticeable lag. Sometimes it’s really annoying having to wait for it to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away the panic of a website breaking just because a customer is using an older Android phone or some obscure browser.
