Must have tool for Web Development
What do you like best about the product?
Web Development would be much harder if we would not have BrowserStack to do two main things, and they are Cross-device/Cross-browser testing with Daily Lighthouse score tracking and reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be lower, when using Web testing (Live, Screenshots) and App testing (Live)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-device is testing is fast, where we can quickly iterate on changes
BrowserStack is a fantastic tool and highly valuable for all organistions
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack solves lots of issues surrounding testing, having the ability to utilise a whole range devices within seconds and then integrate with automated tests is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhemling with the number of links, options and pages on the site so maybe if it was a little more simplified it would be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to a whole range of devices and platforms allows us to get further confidence in our testing
Amazing access to so many platforms

I enjoy the sheer number of different platforms and devices that browser stack allows me to test with all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the test results do not match perfectly with actual devices ( such as viewing favicons on Safari browser )

The problem of not having access to certain devices when in the office or working from, browser stack solves this problem by providing so many platforms and devices.
Can really save a lot of time on that last pesky bug
What do you like best about the product?
It's very quick and easy to get up and running
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little unpractical for us users that only need the service once a year or so..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us finding bugs in webpages that do not occur on any local testing platforms.
Good Browser testing that works almost always
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can pick from large list of device and browser combinations to test my web app. It's super fast and quick to load even the older OS and browser combinations which is interesting.
We also use it in our end-to-end testing framework which allows us to perform those tests quickly and cover more device & browser combinations.
From what I've heard from my devs/QA, it was pretty easy to integrate Browserstack woth our current testing framework.
Customer support is adequate - I got help in a timely manner which is a plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot affectively use the camera on Browserstack devices. For my applications, I frequently have to test if the camera/microphone is working correctly. Most of the times I can not use the camer and some parts of my testing are not complete. They should figure out a way to give me access to the device's real camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying Browser & OS Compatibility issues: I use Browserstack to check and validate any potential issues when my web-app is used across different combinations of browsers and OSes.
Debugging one-off issues: When a customer reaches out saying something specific is not working on their phone/laptop, Browserstack is the first palce we go to check and reproduce the issue. Once reproducted, the debugging tools allow us to find the exact issue and help resolve it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing stratefy : For smaller teams or startups, the cost can be a barrier.
Although the product’s capabilities are vast, more budget-friendly alternatives may need to be considered for those with tighter constraints.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform eliminates the need for maintaining a wide array of devices and browsers, saving significant time and resources.
By offering real device testing, it also helps identify any inconsistencies that would go unnoticed with emulators, ensuring a more reliable user experience.

An indispensible
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack regularly for frontend testing of websites and it is an indispensable tool. There is a huge range of real-life device/browser combos to choose from. The difference devices is particularly helpful since, as a small, mainly remote agency, we would never be able to purchase the various iPhone and iPad flavours in-house, never mind keep up with the latest models. It is also useful for testing older versions of desktop browsers. Although there is much less difference between browsers than there used to be, you still come across device-specific and even browser version-specific bugs and quirks. I also really appreciate the speed at which the real devices boot up. I can even test out things locally before I push them to test.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an inspect mode/dev tools on some browsers, but this is quite flaky. It would be great if this worked every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to test across a range of devices and browsers before deploying work to live websites. This means reduced number of bug reports from clients and a faster turnaround time to fix bugs when they are reported.
