What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack’s Test Cases Management tool has been designed and built to ease complex testing processes and enhance team productivity through both automated and manual testing. With an AI-assisted test case generation, it enables the creation of adequate tests based on current cases and Jira stories. The system works in sync with Jira allowing teams to create or update test cases and run them out of either tool thus enhancing collaboration. With Interactive reporting and analytics, teams are able to gain analytics in real-time and test case import options allow teams to shift and consolidate their work in a quick manner.

The most helpful feature for me would be that BrowserStack gives the option to change the country where I'm doing my replication from. This helps me a lot with my work which needs this sooooo much!

What do you dislike about the product?
* Documentation is very fragmented, there's some contradictions and also difficult to find the right information
* Things don't always work on Browserstack when dealing with work VPNs and restrictions, it can work locally using a Sim build perfectly fine, but via Browserstack it can fail on the first hurdle
* Lots of timeouts, loading speeds can be slow etc, we'd prefer stability over loads of features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of easily automating app testing via a pipeline and having videos and logging to view the test runs. It also have reporting and everything you need to determine stability of a test run.
I am blown away!
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is like no other tool I have used. For years, I have kept many, many phones, tablets, and laptops of varying shapes, platforms, and configuations to ensure my apps and website work for my users. With BrowserStack, they now just gather dust in a cupboard.
The range of devices and configurations offered by BrowserStack is truely impressive, and I still don't quite know how they have it running so well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of BrowserStack is that you don't get to touch the device in person. Maybe if they had an interactive device museum somewhere...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack enables me to quickly recreate issues thatt users or our QA team have using our software on various devices. I no longer need to purchase or borrow specific devices to recreate issues - I can do it call from my laptop anywhere.
Simple & Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
BS' support team is very responsive and always on top. They are also considering enhancement requests which is a plus.
Test Observability is very easy to use and yet powerful with lots of ways to configure and customize it to your needs.
The APIs are a great way to fully automate the pipeline and streamline the process.
It supports many test frameworks and new ones are added on a regular basis.
The dashboards are fully configurable and a perfect way to summarize status and risk to the C-Team.
The integration with our internal process was seamless and the final implementation was very quick due to the online documentation detailing all capabilities and many use cases.
I use BS every single day, and it has completely replaced my homegrown solution within days of implementing it.

What do you dislike about the product?
For someone always connected but not always having a computer, it would be extremely helpful to have a simple mobile app or a mobile version of Test Observability where we could have some basic views of test runs. For instance, the following capabilities would be fantastic:
- Select a project
- Select a Build
- View high level metrics about the build (passed/failed/skipped, Unique Errors & Quality Gate)
- Ability to drill down and see each test failure grouped by Test Suite
- Basic search capability in the Tests view

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running up to 2 millions tests each month and need to analyze every failure and determine quickly whether they are new regressions or existing failures. Test Observability makes it easy to go through this process that is usually painful.
Quality Gate also helps define a fine grained custom criteria that overrides the default build status based on our internal needs.
The tagging of builds and tests helps us close the loop and track whether existing bugs already exist, which tests were run in any given release and the history of all the tests performed.
