Simple & Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
BS' support team is very responsive and always on top. They are also considering enhancement requests which is a plus.
Test Observability is very easy to use and yet powerful with lots of ways to configure and customize it to your needs.
The APIs are a great way to fully automate the pipeline and streamline the process.
It supports many test frameworks and new ones are added on a regular basis.
The dashboards are fully configurable and a perfect way to summarize status and risk to the C-Team.
The integration with our internal process was seamless and the final implementation was very quick due to the online documentation detailing all capabilities and many use cases.
I use BS every single day, and it has completely replaced my homegrown solution within days of implementing it.

What do you dislike about the product?
For someone always connected but not always having a computer, it would be extremely helpful to have a simple mobile app or a mobile version of Test Observability where we could have some basic views of test runs. For instance, the following capabilities would be fantastic:
- Select a project
- Select a Build
- View high level metrics about the build (passed/failed/skipped, Unique Errors & Quality Gate)
- Ability to drill down and see each test failure grouped by Test Suite
- Basic search capability in the Tests view

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running up to 2 millions tests each month and need to analyze every failure and determine quickly whether they are new regressions or existing failures. Test Observability makes it easy to go through this process that is usually painful.
Quality Gate also helps define a fine grained custom criteria that overrides the default build status based on our internal needs.
The tagging of builds and tests helps us close the loop and track whether existing bugs already exist, which tests were run in any given release and the history of all the tests performed.

Great browser testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and tests on actual devices giving us the best "real use" testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty straightforward tool, only piece that we don't like is the expense - we don't need to use often, but if used more the expense would be 100% worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Browserstack to browser test websites we develop - helps us catch bugs across the most commonly used browsers/devices.
No need to have a physical device to test a new mobile app build

Extensive real device coverage
Real-time testing without device procurement
Seamless integration with major automation frameworks
Interactive debugging tools with detailed logs
Screen recording and screenshots for bug documentation

Perfect ToolFor Saving Hours on Responsive Website Design Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to test on virtualizations of a large variety of actual brand devices and practically every version of their operating systems, including all the major browsers and their software versions. It would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to be able to test every device they have if you had to buy the devices yourself so you could have the same quality of testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free trail options that they have are very limited. You can only use a device for 30 seconds, andthat includes the time it takes to load a website for testing. So that leaves you with almost no time to get a good feel for their tool utilizing a test website. Plus, once you use a device in the trial account, you can not use it again. They should expand the time allowed during the test session, or just give you full access for a certain number of days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to spend large amounts of money on all the different mobile devices we test our websites on which without this tool, we would not do because it's too expensive. So it saves us from looking dumb in front of the client and it allows us to be more professional and release websites that are higher quality with less user experience issues.
Great tool to perform browser compatibility and accessibility tests
What do you like best about the product?
My team utilizes several of the BrowserStack tools like Live (for browser compatibility tests) and Percy (for Visual automated testing). We like how easy it is to use and especially like the screenreader support on the browser and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no support for screenreader (Voiceover) on iPhone/iPad yet, which is a shame. Hopefully the support will be available soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem BrowserStack is able to solve is the ability to test on multiple different OS and devices, and on both desktop and mobile devices as well.
Good for cross-browser testing, but a bit limited
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of set up, it's really straight forward - BrowserStack has a lot of different devices to choose from (I believe even more than its main competitors) and the debugging options are mint
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the fact that it can be extremely laggy at times, especially on iPhones. Sometimes live testing just refuses to start, or randomly crashes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was looking for a tool to test websites on multiple resolutions and browser versions without the hassle of setting up physical devices, and BrowserStack offered a comprehensive solution to test our site on different setups
Great tool for testing on physical mobile and desktop devices
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the variety of physical devices for functional testing and even automated testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider it a great and complete tool, I just think it's a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Functional test on several different physical devices.
Browserstack is good but slow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to test different devices and build more responsive websites
What do you dislike about the product?
The devices inside are slow, so it can get tedious to test things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using different devices to test our website/apps, it can get expensive to buy lots of different devices to test on.
Find platrom version discrepancies easily
What do you like best about the product?
Easily swap different platforms, browsers, os versions. You can pinpoint exactly what platfirms arent comoatibke. Its great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to test 2 or more platforms side by side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test display issues on ios
Best tool for browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy operation and quick browser testing possible. The customer support is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is nothing I don't like about BrowserStack, but what would be nice is a desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly reproduce and solve problems with different browsers and devices
