Best for checking the web app resposinveness in different devices
What do you like best about the product?
I love how BrowserStack lets me instantly test my web app on multiple real devices and browsers without setting up anything. It’s fast, accurate, and makes cross-device testing effortless.I have used it when i was working on a project that was working fine for other devices and not for mac mini. On that time it saves my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of browserstack is little bit higher but it is ok if the free version can have more time limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"BrowserStack solves the hassle of setting up multiple devices and browsers for testing. I can quickly check my web app’s responsiveness, compatibility, and performance across different environments, which saves me time, reduces guesswork, and ensures a better user experience for all visitors.
Easy testing on any device
What do you like best about the product?
Testing my web projects on specific devices when customers notify us of bugs is perfect. Switching between devices or browsers makes it easy to find bugs related to os or browser versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some devices have a slow startup time from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing our website designs on a wide range of devices and finding browser or devicexspecific bugs. Without browserstack we would the customers device for debugging.

Sometimes, slow loading times – especially on real devices or when connecting from certain regions.

Accessibility Testing is pretty easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Website scanner and manual testing via BrowserStack's Chrome extension help us resolve some low-hanging fruit accessibility issues pretty quickly.

I cannot think of anything at the moment.

I like that BrowserStack provides a lot of real devices to test on, with zero disconnection issues like the services i used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the limitations of BrowserStack could be lowered (like settings block). Sometimes userful options are locked there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves a lot of problems with device compatibility. Before, we had a problems that our app would run o one device, but on other device it would produce errors. BrowserStack helps to solve these issues!

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is wide range of available OEMs on their platform which helps debug device related issues more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major as such, but I believe debug logs can be improved to serve better debugging experience

Debugging OEM/device related issues and verifying their fix.
Essential tool for web apps or marketing sites
What do you like best about the product?
You can effortlessly switch between browser and operating system versions. This allows your engineering team to track down JS runtime issues or browser related quirks. There can be subtle issues between Mac, Windows, iOS and Android versions of the same browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free trial tier is kind of useless. Not enough time to actually conduct an investigation or set up a localhost proxy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me emulate users browser runtimes. We can respond to on call issues and test releases better.
