QA Manual Review for Low Code Browserstack
What do you like best about the product?
Low Code Browserstack is user friendly most specially to new users of Automation tool, easy to navigate, and UI is cool too. I reviewed other Low Code Automation tool like Katalon but for a user that have little to no experience with coding and new to automation its too overwhelming for me. That is the reason why I have to continue using the Low Code Browserstack. To mention as well the team behind Low Code Automation is very helpful and ensures that user will have smooth experience using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I used the Low Code Browserstack during beta version there were some issues here and there and also has few or missing features. Since some features are not available yet hopefully in the future there will be very little coding needed to automate a scenario. However Browserstack Low Code have a great support team who answers queries, review the issues and fix it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low Code Browserstack saves us a lot of testing time and resources. When we have late deployment all I have to do is schedule the builds and review results in the morning. We do not need to do repetitive testing because the tool is doing it for us while we can focus on other tasks that we have. I am looking forward to the next features to be released and new features I will learn.
No more device clutter
What do you like best about the product?
I am an Android user and I also work in the realm of accessibility. As it turns out, you need to have devices, both Android and iOS to test the behavior of assistive technologies in the app. I had been investing in physical devices for a while. But with BrowserStack, I can test the applications on any device right from my browser. So I do not need to keep investing in the hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems all right so far. I only have been using it for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phones that run on the cloud provide a very similar experience to an actual device. Plus you get to choose the devices with different physical sizes to check how the app looks and feels. As a non-tech person, I also wanted something simple and no-code. BrowserStack has provided that experience where it is as easy as using the phone.
the automated summary of the session with annotated screenshots has reduced the distraction of maintaining notes and interacting with the app. So that has also reduced the brain cycles involved in the audits.

Best Platform to test new devices
What do you like best about the product?
You can select multiple devices in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special, Just takes time to add new devices sometime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saved our money to buy multiple devices rather than just purchase membership and use as many. Plus it is actually using real Operating system so it is good for testing.
Easy to get going and setup with your CI with a heavy UI thats is difficult to navigate at times
What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward to integrate
Has good template and get going code compared to competetives (I tried them out and could not get them to work in Gitlab Actions)
Good customer support that is friendly and helpful
Simple integration with Slack

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to navigate through the UI, feels very clutterly and hard to know what is where and what tool does what and how they are different.
Took us a while to figure out where to go and what to use to be able to run native apps. Thought it where an option for simulator and emulators, nope. Only real devices (Pro and cons with that as well)
There is no way in the UI to see what builds you have uploaded into BS. You need to do a Curl command
Which there was more options how to integrate with slack on when and how to send messages and to different slack channels. We have one for iOS and one for Android, since they are two different teams.

We are using BrowserStack to run our regression and smoke test for our native mobile app.
Spent 2 days trying just to run the tests inside Github actions which all failed and tried integrating sauce labs and some other tools, it was not straight forward. BrowserStack made it very easy to integrate it with our CI.

BrowserStack makes tester lives easy
What do you like best about the product?
We are using multiple features of browserstack, one is live testing both web and app where you can fire up any device and any broswer and test your application instead of creating Emulators for multiple devices and identify the compatibility issues as part of our testing activities without any testing setup.
Another feature which we use is Automate which is very easy to implement with your exisitng frameworks and run your scheduled automation test cases daily without any much of manual intervention. Another feature which we use is Percy which is used for visual regression where you easily integrate it with your frameworks. Browserstack team customer support is excellent where they have scheduled frequent call with the team to understand our concerns and challenges we face while we are using Browserstack. With all these features, we use is very frquently to test our applications.
