Great experience with App automate so far, so many capbilities to try out different things
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Browserstack is how easy it is to integrate. There are many features which help us to integrate it in our own way. Customer support is fine too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would do better with time of execution and frequent hangups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to cover more devices in less time by using parallelization.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides real devices and it reduces lot of testing efforts and it's app automate is really very impressive where you can run your suite on different devices and platforms in parallel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only find bs a bit costly 😅 just kidding, I find everything in browser stack one seeks as a testing engineer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving emulators/simulators problem and real time test scenarios where various devices are needed.

Android /Ios / Desktop all automation clubbed at one place

We should have option to use standard interface for appium to run automation on browserstack devices instead of browserstack sdk

We are running automation and manual testing accross multiple available devices from the pool of devices

Its slow and takes time to load a device for testing.

What do you like best about the product?
Its interface allows to easily select the different environments for testing without any complex configurations. To set browser stack complex setups are not required hence it can be easily integrated in the workflow. It is quite reliable hence it is frequently used for testing. It provides various features like automated testing, real-time testing, etc. It has amazing customer support. The staff is quite knowledgeable and can assist in any question.
What do you dislike about the product?
When testing on certain device-browser combinations, sometimes lag is experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through BrowserStack we can access a wide range of browsers, even the older versions and operating systems, which helps to test and debug the applications on multiple platforms. It also integrates easily with CI tools which saves the cost and time to debug later.
Just makes cross device testing and debugging easier and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
As a web developer, I frequently use browserstack for my tasks. My favourite thing about this platform is it just makes testing and debugging easier. Almost all the devices/browsers/OS are available here.

The interface can be revamped. Apart from that I am pretty happy with my experience.

Before browserstack our team had to purchase multiple devices for us to test on. We had to set up Browsers on them. And they need to he shared between multiple team members. Now all this dependencies are gone.

Using Percy provides a quick and maintainable tool to maintain stable client-side applications and prevent regression bugs

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack Grid system is one of the best among all its competitiors. All new devices and multi configuration options is the best thing which helps user to verify the products even before its launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack should support more number of parallel queues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us to test the application with end users perspective. On local testing, we can verify our app beofre even push to QA or prod environments. Support with android and ios is appreciating.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of time it takes between signing up and running your first test case and the diverse toolset that is available

Haven't found any yet, for a manual mobile QA its a dream

Takes away the overhead of having to purchase, maintain, and renew a collection of physical mobile devices for QA

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a widely used platform so its easy to check for documentation or search for help on something when you're stuck. Even for the less popular or demanded themes like accessibility, so we waste less time checking issues or how to do things.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside for this tool would be like is not highly customizable so if you have a specific need that diverges from the standard it would be more difficult to adapt.

We use BrowserStack for some regression testing on the company's app and to check for the accessibility of each view. We compare it with the the set of rules defined by UX team to keep the score high.
