Great overview of the tooling and speakers were clear and concise
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack offers great tooling which simplifies the testing process of product - they seem to be at the cutting edge in terms of automating the testing of accessibility which can often be a time consuming aspect of software development and testing, the solutions demonstrated at the accesibility webinar seem very intuative and aim to assist with improving web accessibility for all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes, I have used the tooling over a number of years now and am always impressed by the offering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross browser testing is a must have within our organisation and the new tooling demonstrated for accessibility will be a massive time saver for myself as I am currently the sole accessibility advocate within my organisation

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of different devices and browser versions available when I want to test sites and apps. Very easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes app is slow on some devices and it can be difficult to differentiate whether it's the app or the device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there's an issue on a specific device or browser I can easily test it without needing that specific device on hand.
We always use browserstack to make sure our website is mobile responsive.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact BrowserStack uses real devices to emulate our mobile responsiveness. This is extremely helpful as not everyone has 1 of each device.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack as of now works fine with the subscription my team has. We would be interested in the future once my team reviews the recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack does a good job at providing our team with real life testing devices for all of our changes. This is important because we have a variety of users that use different types of devices and platforms.
The session is very helpful with lot of valuable advice, and information.

the user interface is very easy to use, and very good design

sometime, when testing mobile, it will ask me to wait until the device is avaiable.

when test mobile, now i can launch two devices and test at the same time .

I would say that the user interface is exceptional compared to other softwares it very friendly and easy to handle.

I experienced some slowness in the application that I don't really like. I prefer to do the tasks quickly

Iam able to get issues related to the application before the production release that benefits me as a tester and also bring overall quality to the application.

Availability of the different devices helps to maintain the pace of testing in high need of times.
Browserstack is a robust tool for cross browser testing and real device testing
What do you like best about the product?
There are numerous features in BS that I personally found really helpful. I can test on multiple devices simultaneously test realtime complex features like payments, otp authentication etc.There are a lot of desktop and mobile browsers available so that no maintance issues or real device handling issues occurs. There are other options to record a session and can also customise device settings as per my testing needs.
I can even test using real time network conditions like in offline mode, 4G, 5G and so on.
Altogether I can say this platform is really good for testers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue i usually come accross is the slow response from the site if there is any network fluctuations. It will take sometime to setup the environment back which increase the testing time.
Some bugs may not be reproduced in real devices sometimes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use BS for Mobile app and Web app testing. I myself is a test engineer and this tool has helped me a lot as there will be real device usage restrictions. We cant actually buy every new device that comes in market . With the help of BS I can manage to test the software as per clients device recommendations in BS platform. Its also user friendly and can easily manage to work with this.

Browser stack provide varity of devices & browsers to test which minimize time & cost effective as we don't need to purchase all the devices to test.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime the result which browserstack device is showing it's not 100% accurate, for example I tested 1 website which was not working in browserstack tablet mode but in real tablet it was working.

it's providing many device options for testing thats why we don't need to purchase all the devices & it's saving our money thats is the benefit.

Test management tool is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Their test management tool helps us write and manage our test suite from one platform - so automation is very seamless. I like the AI description and clone feature. The ease of integrating the test management tools like JIRA, Qtest is awesome

UI can be slightly improved for test management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack has been really helpful in managing my test cases. It keeps everything organized in one place, making them easy to access. This makes it convenient to create test runs by combining relevant cases for specific features, and then automatically generates reports for those runs.
