Apptio for effective cloud cost management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to finops visibility across multiple clouds
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is very hard to identify the resources entity variables to be able to pull it into report
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The goal is to gain visibility into cloud costs across different teams in order to keep spending under control.

Great to unify all finops. Aptio provides just enough to be useful without any additional dificulties.

Apptio takes some time to adapt; modern design is definitely a choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student, I used Apptio for my PE internship. Apptio was amazing at consolidating information from many other sources.
Great for management cloud budget
What do you like best about the product?
Great result in visibility of the multi clouds but Dificult to justify the ROI
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to show the Roi, because the price is easy to justify the first months, but with a customer with stable environment the Cloud architecture and bill doesn’t change the near future

The main benefit is visibility, manage and reduce cloud investment
Its interface is extremely accessible and offers all the features we are looking for
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how the automation of service request creation works, and I find the tools easy to use and understand. The platform provides a centralized location, which makes integration much simpler. The service management tool includes all the necessary options, making it accessible for anyone to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page loading speed could be improved, there are still some bugs in the availability module. I'd like more flexibility to make changes to the platform's ecosystem.

The support structure is solid and does not require any extra configuration. It aligns perfectly with our business needs, and the solution includes clear, easy-to-understand knowledge articles. I also appreciate the comprehensive dashboard it provides.

UX !!!!!! Can't say any particular thing. But, the overall UX can be improved.

The tools and features can be customized to the client's needs. This software manages high-level projects and high-quality data. The product is competent and efficient, typically completing its work on time with minimal programming skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use and helps businesses run smoothly. There's nothing I don't like about it! While using it, I haven't had any issues, so there's nothing to worry about. That's about performance.

With this platform, you can collect financial information on any software, data, or IT product. Obtaining and compiling back account data has been quick ande easy. It offers numerous features for managing and generating reports on your transactions.
IBM Apptio is the best tool for small and medium-sized organizations
What do you like best about the product?
The automation of creation service request via email is incredible. The best thing I like is that we can remotely deploy any update via software, which is replicated to users' machines within the domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodic updates and system improvements sometimes cause temporary interruptions. Occasionally, asset management results are not displayed in real time, but this can also be resolved by installing agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user interface is excellent, and its dashboard provides all the necessary information. It's extremely accessible and offers all the features we expect from a technical support system. The support structure is also robust and offers quick response and resolutions.
Manage all my on-premises and cloud infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ease of integration between the cloud and on-premises systems. We can manage everything from a central location. Plus, it offers perfect visibility into all your applications and seamless integration for our employees, they don't have to worry about which tool they use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the cost or complexity of setup. I also don't like the slow startup time or the amount of hard drive space it takes up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offered help and assistance if you had a specific problem. And if you had any questions about how to solve something, it was just a Youtube video away. It also empowers organizations, both small and large, to make sound operational decisions.
