MDR - Ease of use and quick response

What do you like best about the product?
What i love most about MDR is the pin point accuracy, the quick response time and ease of use the system implements. It gives me everything i need, from the point of origin in a short amount of time. It is used in all 3 sites and works wonders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found any downsides to MDR. So far it has been great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOPHOS MDR is helping us protect our workspace in simple words. It helps us feel safe.

What do you like best about the product?
The proactive detection and rapid intervention of the team in the face of potential incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications can be frequent or not very contextualized for certain minor events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR solves the late detection of threats, the lack of specialized cybersecurity personnel, and the overload of alerts. This benefits me by having an expert team that monitors and responds for me, reducing risks and response times.

What do you like best about the product?
To us it is fully automated. We had and issue and they immediately removed the PC from the network and quarantined it. Informed us they were cleaning the device of an infection. Cleaned it and returned it to production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting ahold of your sales rep is sometimes a little hard or if they changed even harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our end point devices are being monitored. Like many companies we do not have the manpower to do this ourselves effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
After several years of use, the services provided by Sophos are highly appreciated by our facility's users.
They also allow us to comply with cybersecurity regulations.

the rotation of salespeople who have taken turns rapidly over time

sophos mdr has been useful for managing and reporting incidents that have occurred over time and could have been harmful

What do you like best about the product?
The response times of the MDR team are fantastic — every alert is classified and promptly followed up with a request for feedback. This ensures that issues are always addressed and resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the future, I would also appreciate having German-speaking support to enable even faster communication in some cases. Especially when an incident occurs at night, being able to communicate in one’s native language would be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR covers monitoring outside of our regular business hours. We don't have enough staff to ensure continuous monitoring, and Sophos MDR fills this gap for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Super fast response times of the sophos agents, quick to reply to emails and help with vulnerabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive. Occasionally produces false positives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us security cover, especially over periods of time where we are not physically monitoring things ourselves, this is especially useful as we are a Trust of schools, so their will be periods where the office is closed

Sophos MDR integration process very hard and other then all good

Sophos MDR solves the problem of not having enough in-house security staff to watch for threats 24/7. It keeps our systems safe by catching and stopping attacks quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR gives us 24/7 security monitoring with fast response to threats. Their team takes action quickly, even while we’re offline. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup took some time and required help from support. The pricing can be a bit high for small companies. A more flexible plan would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t have an in-house security team, so having experts monitor our systems 24/7 is a big help. It saves us time, reduces stress, and keeps our business safe from ransomware, phishing, and other attacks.
