What do you like best about the product?
This product is a one stop shop, offering everything from MDR/NDR to firewalls and antivirus solutions. The sales team and customer support are exceptional."
What do you dislike about the product?
There nothing that i can think of, when Sophos let me down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With their team constantly analyzing activity across our environment, we no longer worry about missing critical alerts or delayed responses. It’s improved our security operations and freed up internal IT to focus on strategic priorities instead of chasing false positives.

What do you like best about the product?
24/7 SOC, Outsourcing, Complete Soltion for Endpoint, Server and Network
What do you dislike about the product?
Actual there was nothing we disliked with MDR. Maybe the NDR Part shouldhave better documentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are happy to outsource the SOC to the sophos 24/7 SOC.

What do you like best about the product?
We get constant alarms and support on our platform and very qualified analysis on events
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is only related to the short amount of time that can be destined to follow, investigate and deploy the suggestion or indication given by MDR

The service has a very proactive approach and help us to keep our infrastructure up to date to highest possible security level

Security without the hassle

What do you like best about the product?
The Sophos GUI. It's every easy for you to navigate through the site and find what you need. I really like how ease of use it is when it comes to troubleshooting vulnerable users or machines. You can easily find the problem due to advanced features from the integrations they implemented. I've had to reach out to the customer support several times in order to fix a compromised user or machine; they've been extremely helpful. I came into the organization with Sophos already deployed, so I'm not sure how easy it was to implement but maintaining it has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had one issue where I had to submit a ticket on a user that was compromised, I ended up submitting the wrong location and it took a day for Sophos to change it to the right support. That day in-between could've had serious consequences with our environment. It happens but I learned the right team and how to submit the problem right away to protect ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security, that's mainly what we needed and it's what Sophos has delivered on. We need to make sure that we are secure as we are a law firm that has to deal a lot with Law and ensure customer confidentiality. With Sophos I feel like we have that security and that ability to provide that confidentiality.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sophos MDR is the seamless integration into the entire Sophos security platform and the user-friendly operation. The MDR system works reliably in the background and provides advanced threat detection without requiring complex configurations. The combination of automated monitoring and easy handling makes it a valuable component of our security strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard for me to find anything negative about Sophos MDR. In the 6 years of use, there haven't been any significant problems or aspects that bothered me. The system runs stable and reliably meets all our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR solves the problem of continuous 24/7 threat monitoring for us without having to employ our own security experts. The system automatically detects suspicious activities and advanced threats that conventional antivirus solutions might miss. The greatest benefit for us is the assurance that our IT environment is proactively monitored while we can focus on our core business. The automated threat detection and response gives us a high level of security without additional administrative overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation was smooth. Reaction time between detection and notifications is very fast. Descriptions of the detections are coherent to quickly identify false positives. Weekly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
No disadvantages identified to date. Everything top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protection against cyber threats 24/7. Quick intervention needed. Not possible with local resources. Sophos MDR cost-effective alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos is a powerful tool for advance threats detection and remediation. Its easy to implement and integrating with endpoint devices, I am Admin and use this product on daily basis and it like their customer support services.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes Sophos did not cleanup all malware and require manual cleanup, it may be for user notification that we need to remove this file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By installing Sophos on all my devices, it helps me monitor all the threats on single dashboard and send me alert emails accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sophos MDR is the continuous monitoring combined with expert-led threat response. The team provides detailed and timely alerts with contextualized guidance, which makes mitigation straightforward even for less-experienced teams. Its ease of use and integration with other security solutions allowed us to deploy it quickly and confidently. The visibility it provides into potential threats, along with professional support, gives us real peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main drawbacks is the limited customization available in the alerting thresholds or response rules — especially for organizations with unique environments. Additionally, the web interface, while functional, could be more intuitive and visually refined. There’s room for improvement in the granularity of reporting, which currently doesn’t allow for deep forensic analysis without exporting and processing data separately.
