What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sophos MDR is its comprehensive cybersecurity coverage, including endpoints, servers, and network. The service ensures 24/7 monitoring with a rapid response to incidents, and its deployment is simple thanks to clear and effective support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed any weaknesses to date. Everything works as expected and perfectly meets our expectations.

Sophos MDR solves the problem of lacking internal resources to ensure continuous threat monitoring. It provides us with complete visibility of our security, proactive detection of attacks, and rapid incident response, which significantly reduces risks and ensures the continuity of our operations.

The most helpful aspect of Sophos MDR is its proactive threat detection paired with expert, real-time support, which offers peace of mind by swiftly addressing security issues before they escalate.

While Sophos MDR excels in proactive support, the least helpful aspect can be the occasional delay in communication during complex investigations, which may slow down the resolution process for intricate security incidents.

Sophos MDR addresses the challenge of detecting and responding to advanced cyber threats by providing around-the-clock monitoring, rapid threat investigation, and expert guidance. This proactive approach helps prevent breaches before they escalate, giving me greater peace of mind and allowing me to focus on my work, knowing my systems are continuously protected and supported by security professionals

What do you like best about the product?
SOC available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, all year round. Allows having an agent permanently without needing to recruit an expert IT team (human cost + training to follow for improvement).

Although it replaces a team of experts within the company, the licensing budget remains substantial. The offers are attractive when purchasing the new license (thanks to the booster), but the renewal does not always follow in terms of price.

As a Director of IT, knowing that a dedicated team is actively hunting, investigating, and neutralizing threats in real time without waiting for alerts to escalate means i can focus on strategic initiatives rather than constantly firefighting.

While the monthly and weekly reports (e.g., Sophos MDR Enterprise Monthly Report) provide detection summaries and MITRE ATT&CK mappings, they appear to lack deeper context or executive-level insights that could help you communicate risk posture more effectively to stakeholders.
