What do you like best about the product?
What I like more of Sophos MDR is his combination of advanced technology and experts in segurity to give a integral and proactiv protection against the ciber threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some posible aspects to consider about Sophos MDR could be the cost to implement it, that can be hight, and the posibility of human errors when depending of the intervencion of experts in segurity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR helps to address comun problems like the early detection of ciber threats, the fast response to security incidents, the reduction of the time exposed to risks and the improvment of the segurity posture. This benefits the organizations by giving them a more efective protection against the digital threats and allowing them to count with experts in segurity that watch and protect their ciber enviroment 24 hours of the day

Sophos MDR ofrece una respuesta rápida que es cubierta las 24 horas del día. Es fácil de gestionar y la implementación ha sido muy ágil. El trato con el soporte ha sido muy bueno hasta ahora.

Principalmente uno de los problemas que hemos tenido es la barrera con el idioma, a veces impide que puedas explicar correctamente el problema en su totalidad. Otro inconveniente es el precio, ya que impide que pequeñas compañías puedan optar a este servicio.

Resuelve problemas y amenazas practicamente a tiempo real "la velocidad de respuesta es casi instantanea". Esto nos ayuda a estar relajados ante posibles amenazas.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos MDR is one of the best supports we can find in the sector. All the functions it offers, the ease of implementation and use make it the best option without a doubt. The support team that is always active 24/7 to solve all your problems and offer you peace of mind by providing security against any threat. Another thing that should be highlighted about Sophos MDR is the comfort and peace of mind of knowing that we will be notified by its team of professionals of any threat and of their work to resolve, stop and advise you to deal with that threat and thanks to its effectiveness it makes that for our part we have a low frequency of use. And finally, the easy integration and reporting makes it the best option again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything, but if I have to make a complaint it would be with the language of the support that Sophos MDR offers since sometimes it is a bit complicated to deal with the language that is why I would recommend that extra of adding support in Spanish, it is still worth it and I didn't change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos MDR solves critical cybersecurity challenges by providing continuous 24/7 monitoring, advanced threat detection, expert analysis, rapid response, and strategic security improvements. Thanks to this, it gives us the peace of mind of being fully protected, reducing security risks, complying and operating more efficiently and above all allowing us to sleep at night.

A small ICT Team can concentrate on other matters and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is significant. Perhaps customers should be reimbursed if there have been no detections or responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff resources can be placed elsewhere. Breach/Breach response i hope.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion is the best purchase what we buy. When we have a emergency the contact whits us inmediathy or they call you.
If you need a support with incident the help you. The Sophos MDR have great professionals. We have a lot of sophos producs and it was very easy to integrate and implement in our system. It have very easy Ui to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very expensive. They dont have spanish support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For explemple few days ago a user download a malicious file and they the inmediatly notify us and block this PC and delete malicious file. Its crazy. I love this service.

What do you like best about the product?
24/7 support and the technical capabilities of the Sophos MDR team.
In addition, for each security incident, you have a very abundant flow of technical information that helps you better understand what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the cost, which, even though not tremendously expensive for the service provided, is a cost that must be managed, but believe me, it’s amortized from day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing to highlight, possibly support in more languages, especially Spanish for the 24/7 service of the Sophos MDR team.

What I like most about Sophos MDR is the proactive threat detection and rapid response capabilities. What do you dislike about the product?
While Sophos MDR offers many strengths, one area for improvement is the occasional complexity of initial setup and integration with existing systems. Some aspects of the configuration process can be challenging, especially for organizations without extensive in-house IT expertise. Additionally, there have been instances where communication delays with support teams impacted the speed of issue resolution. Streamlining the setup process and enhancing the responsiveness of support could further elevate the overall experience

I am highly impressed with Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service. The team’s proactive approach to threat detection and rapid response has significantly improved our cybersecurity posture. Great service but be mindful of memory/ram use on user pc's

Provides great protection and fast alert system
What do you dislike about the product?
The service uses up a lot of RAM/Memory on a users pc which can sometimes slow them down when they are working. We updated our hardware to combat this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily it is providing protection for all our endpoints. It gives us piece of midn that everything is protected and we will receive alerts if we need to action anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos has really fast response times and their portal is well organised thus allowing me to navigate to a particular device etc. with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sohpos portal is really memory and cpu intensive which freezes my computer from time to time as it is doing background activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up potential threats allows our business to continue its operations with no issues.
