What do you like best about the product?
Our CSAM, Tom Carter is great. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very good at his job. Great presenter at Exchange. Very valuable asset. Knows the product inside and out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process around submitting a service request. The documentation and process to prove our case is cumbersome and time consuming. Research should be more proactive in my opinion and meet me in the middle at least. I'm in the leasing industry and it is unique. I feel that I constantly have to prove what I need instead of research trying to understand. Cases are closed without resolution and understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indirect sales and use taxes, CUT.
