A Great AWS Strategic Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Having a strategic partner with deep knowledge to help us with our AWS environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a shame that we can't do it all face to face.

DoiT works as a strategic partner on all of our projects related to our AWS environment.

What do you like best about the product?
DoiT supports our Google Cloud and Google Workspace environments. Their account management and support team is fantastic. Support requests never really go more than a day without some sort of workaround or resolution being put in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I dislike should be taken with a grain of salt, as I have to dig to find something. But I would say it's difficult to understand what an escalation path for support tickets looks like.

You can get cheaper bills in AWS just by paying through them.
They also offer support for building AWS services. Sometimes they just give generic answers but sometimes they provide excellent support.

Their support is not always best in class and sometimes they don't really have deep knowledge of it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces cost and provides support for developing software at AWS, basically those two services are the main ones that we use. I know they offer other services but I haven't used them.

Helpful friendly patient advice only a few clicks away.

Initially difficult to build up enough trust and confidence to start asking questions.

DoiT's reporting feature gives me an easier way to break down Amazon Web Services (AWS) costs. We've identified a few costs that can be eliminated that way.

DoiT's Flexsave has brought us small cost savings without us having to make any commitment over time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Each invoice, dated on the last day of the month, usually takes about ten days into the next month to reach us, as opposed to getting it the next day when we bought directly from AWS.

Access to technical advice so speeding up the work of our IT administrator.

The training section could be further diversified and expanded. Also hands-on webinars could be held more often.

Very good products and very efficient support
What do you like best about the product?
Doit helps us, for free, to improve and optimize our AWS infrastructure. FlexSave reduces our fargate bill. Their tool allows us to follow our budgets easily. And
their teams are very responsive and competent.

Doit allows us to track our expenses, reduce our bills and help us with AWS configuration.
Great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Fast responses on tickets and helpful staff who do seem to have some great depth of knowledge. I have learned a lot so far and they provide some great advice on our issues so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the custom dashboards don't work as well as they should and the issues don't seem monitored i.e. we had an issue where our BQ dashboard kept on suggesting that we needed to get slot reservations but we had already done that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep dive information about GCP Cloud to ensure we are doing the right things e.g. providing great advice on the BQ price changes. Also, providing information on things we can do proactively to improve the performance and costs of our services really helps, as the GCP views are awful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the opportunity to reach for support or questions at any time and receive quality support. Tech support is very friendly and knowledgable and make working with unfamiliar tech easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
I probably enjoy a better UX regarding the creation of dashboards and graphs. I don't have a clear idea or solution for that, sorry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us keep our costs under control and help us, developers, when we face unknown things in GCP. Since we don't have a specific infrastructure department, having DoIt support help us a lot
