No guaranteed turn around times for support tickets

Great support with knowledgeable experts and quick response time
What do you like best about the product?
- AWS support works flawlessly so far; requests get forwarded to appropriate experts, response time and quality is great. This comes with no extra cost, for the usual cost of your AWS infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's impossible to transfer account support to DoiT when using some sort of account credits (e.g. when using the Google Startup Program).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DoiT provides extensive AWS support for no extra cost.

You can get help with almost anything related to the cloud. Also takes great responsiblity.

Sometimes respond times can be a bit too long.

Consolidate the billing of our various cloud platforms into one place and giving detailed visibility to cost allocations

Technical problems are not necessarily broght to an end. Emails are going back and forth but issues are still open

I can clearly see my usage stats and recommendations for my cloud environment. They provide an interface that proactively shows me where to improve my data platform for my company.

That I never found & started using them earlier!

They allow me to administer my platform comfortably and with no hidden costs.

Excellent service and a great way to quickly get expertise and support on cloud provider tooling.

Having a pool of experts we can bounce ideas off of and go to for trickier support issues.

Some of the advanced billing monitoring isn't especially helpful at detecting longer-term trends.

DoIT provides us with a pool of on-call expertise so that we can focus on shipping business-impacting code.
