What do you like best about the product?

Druva's powerful tools provide client and cloud account backups for all of our endpoints and users all within an easy-to-use administrative interface. Time based backups allow us to tier for criticality, recover with granularity, and the security features ensure that anomalies in backup data are automatically quarantined with alerts to my admins. Using and managing the features of the platform are easy, and I can count on my Account reps and Druva Support to provide timely and quality assistance for any issue that I have had.

What do you dislike about the product?

Backup storage requires a significant amount of space for companies with excessive media and content creation functions. We've added additional storage licensing to our instance, and I would love to see more options for storage expansion licensing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Druva provides cloud-based user-accessible backup and recovery for my client devices with correlation to my users' SaaS cloud accounts for Email and cloud-shared storage. Security elements (data immutability, eDiscovery, threat/anomaly scanning and alerting) layered on top of those backups allow me ensure that we are protecting our users and IT investments in a system that has very low administrative overhead for my teams.
