It's really cool they made the PAN-OS VM image available on ARM. I'm told it's cheaper and more abundant in the cloud. They still haven't started making updates yet though. I opened a support case but didn't get anywhere. I'm not sure what is supposed to be done to go from 11.1.0 to 11.1.2 in the cloud. Make a new one? There's no update .bin on the support site yet either for ARM. You can get the full images through. I'm excited about PA-VM on ARM but it's not ready yet!

What do you like best about the product?
It’s nice to be able to use a virtual desktop to keep secured information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be glitchy and kick you out of your desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep important info very secure because of the login processes it takes.
