    Health, Wellness and Fitness

Very poor experience

What do you like best about the product?
The consumer software product was great when we initially tried it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deceptive sales practices where they forced us to buy a $50/month product for over $1,000 per month with a 1 year contract, threatening to cancel our retail product membership now that they knew about us. The reason provided was that we require HIPAA compliance and a BAA, even if we are not an American organization (we are located in Canada). We found out within a few days that this was not true since we do not provide any services in the US or to American citizens.

When tried to work with them, they were non-cooperative and started sending threatening court notices and letters. Their values state that "honesty is a value we cherish" and "Help others succeed". However this was not at all our experience with them and they have actively helped us become stressed out, insolvent and decide to close our business, and now 4 jobs are lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack helped us set up some smart forms. The forms were relatively easy to set up initially but we could not do any of the enhanced configuration that was promised to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Can build forms and connect with many platforms. Forms are pretty much industry standard; there are a ton of competitors that do the same work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't enjoy working with their support team after the fact. I Created an account and tried to a build with connections to Adobe Sign and FirstData payment process that should have been possible, but wasn't with upgrading and signing up for much more expensive tools. (4 - 5 times more per year).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack was supposed to enable me to build a form that dynamically generates a contract and processes a deposit by connecting Adobe Sign and FirstData. The benefits: seamless contracts and automatic depositor management.

Capture data through digital forms

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create forms and gather data from them. You can do a lot of customization to your needs which has been very helpful. I also like the integrations they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs on forms, it takes awhile to get them fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have digitized most of our internal forms. We have made it easier and more accessible to staff to fill out forms for their job.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to add users, ability to run reports as well as do searches by customer name.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to customize forms and colors to suit our brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to create our own forms from scratch on our websites and offers the ability to search by customer and look back at customer history.

Formstack a complete solution for business automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack not only offers just making forms, but also automating documents, workflows and much more. I'm using this tool for my clients and so far it's doing really great. These guys are adding new features and integrations and making it a great platform to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the form builder interface can be a bit more intuitive, right now it's a bit outdated in terms of UI UX. Also, pricing wise Formstack is a bit expensive, they need to work on their pricing compared to their competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really revolutionizing the document generation and sign processes, it's HIPAA compliance forms are making a great deal out there. My clients are fully satisfied with this tool.

Flexible system to create complex forms

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Formstack Forms for several years now and I am highly impressed with the platform. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to create and manage forms. The ability to customize the design and branding of my forms has been a huge plus for my business. The variety of form templates available has also saved me a lot of time and effort. Additionally, the data collection and analysis features have helped me to better understand my clients' needs and improve my services. Overall, Formstack Forms has been a valuable tool for my business and I highly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing plan can be pretty expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of staff assignments and time. Schools can also add data about our consultants and how the daily interaction goes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build forms and manage them, modify them and connect everyone together within the work project. Easy to use, easy to scale and apply templates, as well as keep things secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that on some elements there are repetitive aspects that can be easily recalled and used in another example. In some of the dropdown selections, you need to recreate them in repetitive fields instead of having the ability to copy. But I have heard that they might be working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Does away with lots of papers - making everything digitally aavailable, Connecting everyone and keeping us in the loop at each stage that is necessary.

Great tool to build forms and administrate an organization through their web based application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to get immediate assistance on an issue - and we have experienced that the representatives change at all levels.

Steamlines our paper trails and connects organization digitally via the workflows and notifications. Also Surveys as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack enables us to have a single form, copy forms and modify them and to have workflows with notification emails between departments that simplify and streamlines multi-step processes. The support staff are helpful when you need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so useful, that in the rare event that the software experiences any issues, it is very troubling to an organization. However, they try to be on top of things as best as they can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining away form endless paper trails, and keeping those that are not in a single location in the loop and part of the process enabling faster turnaround and processing of whatever the project might be.
