Decent tool for integrating forms in CMS
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to customize to integrate into our drupal site
What do you dislike about the product?
Its had some javascript conflicts with js libraries on our CMS which took a while to troubleshoot initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of developing form data collection service on our CMS we can just embed the forms in Drupal and manage the submissions from formstack itself easily.
Used since 2017 and very happy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many options are provided when creating a form.
What do you dislike about the product?
When one of my co-workers types a longer paragraph my submission page for that response takes up a large portion of the screen so I have to scroll down to see more of the responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to view the submissions that my coworkers provide to me and better plan my workflow.
Formstack has made our lives at JCT4Education easier and more automated.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build forms with Formstack. Also, payment integration and automation has been monumental in the development of our company, students, programs and tour services we provide. It is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes errors are generated with integrations, but I see that it has been consistently improving and happening less and less every year. I dislike that you have to pay extra for partial submissions and the whole conversion kit package. Other than that, everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is automating several processes that before we had to do manually. Especially form submission, payments and automated emails for confirmation and receipts. Business performance has indeed increased and helped us focus on other things we couldn't do before.
Works really well for the variety of forms that we utilize for our customer support and marketing

Ease of use, customizability. Quick to change settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aesthetic limitations unless you're well versed in CSS.

Capturing lead interest with details.
Formstack for Oganizations
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Formstack is that there are a lot of templates created ready to use, you can easily create your own form and save for a future use, as well as it's a great site to organize information and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it doesn't easily talk with other software systems we use, so there is a risk of error on our end. However, this one dislike is less problematic when compared to the wins Formstack provides us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack Forms is solving our registration problem for our organization. We are able to tailor forms to our specific needs based on program and audience. We are able to customize templates as well as create our own.
An essential tool with an unlimited number of use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Very satisfied with Formstack; we have been using it for several years. We use it for many subjects such as appointment scheduling, signature, online payment, incident reporting etc... Our customers appreciate the speed with which we set up online tools for them and the personalized appearances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative! Perhaps the improvement of the integration of the payment module with the support of failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate the collection of information, and avoid the use of excel files and phone calls.

Versatile Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
We use FormStack for internal workflows and external surveys/forms to gather information. It's great since it keeps an ongoing repository of records so we don't have to keep a manual record as well. The email notifications can be set up and customized which we love.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customization for branding - we wish we could use our brand font and colours/branding in more places. Other than that, it's easy enough to use. Also, having to save and go back everytime you make a change in a form is a bit annoying if you forget to save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surveys, form building and capturing records. Various permissions can be set to view the submissions, and workflows help though difficult to set up sometimes with lots of people
Formstack is great for collecting and keeping your information secure.
What do you like best about the product?
With high importance put on keeping PHI safe, Formstack is an excellent tool to collect the data needed with the extra protection of being HIPAA compliant. The ability to provide stakeholders with information about responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to customize the look and feel of the forms created. There are capabilities to make your form look as you want, but there are limitations when it comes t customizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack allows us to keep PHI safe, which is critical in the healthcare industry. Additionally, Forms are very easy to create and set up quickly for immediate use.
Formstack Forms are incredibly reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Being used to Formstack Forms competitors, like SurveyMonkey, I was not sure how I would feel about utilizing Formstack. However, I have realized that after nearly four years of using Formstack Forms, I can't recall of any technical issue at all with the product. Formstack Forms are reliable, seamless with E-mail integration, and very easy to use when building out template forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given what Formstack Forms are used for, I can't really think of anything specific as Formstack Forms are intuitive, straight to the point, and simplistic in design, which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone that works in project management for a tech firm, we receive multiple tech bug requests, and as results in multiple forms need updating. Formstack Forms creates a simple solution for us without needing to purchase a far more complex & unnecessary form builder.
Great application to create custom forms
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is great at creating custom forms for our non-profit, whether it's volunteer registration, processing donations or registering people for events.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning curve to understanding the logic, when programming forms in formstack.

Formstack allows us to keep volunteer registrations, donations and event registrations in one application
