Great platform to receive applications and forms!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate and set up forms. I didn't have a hard time setting up our applications and forms, they walk you through it and I love the options and tools given.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a better way to access my forms and applications on my phone. I tried their app but wasn't as easy to access the applications, I couldn't see photos that were uploaded as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our workflow when it comes to gathering information from our applicants, it simplifies our process, and helps us get more organized and in one place. It definitely has helped us increase our productivity.
Always reliable and fairly easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
For me and the work that I do, the fact that formstack can so easily integrate into a variety of things is really helpful. I have utilized it several times for imbedding on a website and the process has always been easy and getting that information is fairly seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I have to say negatively about formstack. I am not very involved in the integration of the program so maybe if I had more backend involvement, I would have frustrations, but everything I've needed to do has worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to collect customer information quite frequently and Formstack is able to collect that data and deliver it back to us in a way that suits our needs. It has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this for our school and it helps us with all our signup needs. We love how easy it is!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little hard to link it to google suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing us to have thousands sign up for events and such at our school.
Formstack makes my life as an account manager so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customized our forms can be. Each form has a very specific purpose and we are also able to integrate the form into our task management tool which is so convinent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about FormStack. Every once in a while the forms crash or the system goes down but that is pretty rare these last couple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack is solving many things for us. Mostly that we are able to input plan and then those plans are populated into our task manager without us having to go in and manually do that.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track/search submitted forms, which is useful for us since we have hundreds of forms come in for various things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot - it could be more robust, but for our needs, it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of forms that our clients submit - for shipments and general information.

Formstack is very capable, yet intuitive. It can do so much, but is also easy to understand!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes moving the sections/boxes around gets a little touchy, otherwise, it's excellent!

Formstack Forms helps us with registration for all our student programming events and academic competitions!

The folder system - it's nice that we can file all of our surveys where they need to be

build isn't always so intuitive to find and so I often end up navigating back to the folder level

Formstack is great for creatives getting technical!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration. There are so many applications, including google docs, dropbox, and even web, that integrate pretty seamlessly with our program needs. Truly an all-around service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often dislike the look of their templates, especially since our organization is very design-focused. The web integration could also use some work– currently it functions as a window within a window if we're directing users to another site when the form's finished (perhaps for a second step).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack forms is solving our data management issue. As an arts nonprofit, we rely heavily on data, both quantitative and qualitative, to report back to funders. Formstack has made it pretty seamless for us to recall this data and interpret it.
Fabulous Forms For All!
What do you like best about the product?
Formstacks's ability to set deep logic in forms has made our data analysis process much more efficient and our insights even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is really dumb but when you log ito formstacks the chat bot always chimes to ask me if I have questions and it's annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting applicants for our schools by numerous data points (income level, zip codes) and being able to analyze trends using some of the built in tools. Formstacks has made credit card payments WAY easier too with stripe.
User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use, understand and follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that some areas take some getting used to, but that's the case when it comes to using something new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps group information together and gather data; it's clean and straightforward to bring various teams on board with using it.
