Easy to Use Data Collection Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I do a lot of online order forms for multiple groups to attend/purchase tickets for baseball games, and Formstack provides a quick and easy way for me to collect data from customers while also giving group leaders a simple link to share with their members, which has led to increased attendance from various groups. With formstack, there are multiple functions that can be utilized to customize the form based on data needed, whether or not there is a payment required, as well as custom rules for BOGO programs or "push/pull" campaigns with free tickets.
The forms are also easily embedded in websites, allowing us to utilize formstack for our various seasonal programs , group ticket info requests and special events, such as our charity golf tournament.
All-in, Formstack is a quick and easy way to collect data, sell tickets/products and create a user friendly environment for your clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, there is no way to recover a forgotten/lost encryption password. I understand protecting user data, but some of these passwords were set by previous employees who no longer work for my company, and I am unable to access order forms that have been submitted without the password, and can't reset the password without it deleting every submission. You can't tell me there is no way to recover a password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, Formstack is creating more problems than it is solving. What used to be a simple way to collect information and orders for event tickets and merchandise is now a headache of seeing dozens if not hundreds of orders coming in that are inaccessible due to an unrecoverable encryption password that was set by a previous employee. Formstack's online support gave me a "too bad, we can't do anything" response when I asked how to recover and/or reset the password, leaving literally tens of thousands of dollars in sales lost to the ether. Definitely recommend you look into their competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is very easy to integrate, easy to use, and is 100% reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. I'm not wild about the default branding, but that's easy enough to remove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple form integration is a breeze with Formstack. We use it for all of our client sites.
Easy and Simple Forms
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack allows you to customize forms easily. I love that you can use your company's branding to design the form and then also gives you a great data dashboard to understand how well it did.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't came across any dislikes yet on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack is helping us survey our employers and attendees after our online events and managing our employer policies that have been read and agreed to by our clients. It makes it easy to pull a report on who has completed the survey or employer policy.

Ease of use. I'm just learning all the ins and outs of Formstack.

Organization of forms is not always intuitive

Formstack has been useful for our room reservation system and for tracking EANS grants

The different type of forms that are available to use. Easy and simple to use even for beginners.

Formstack Forms does exactly what I need to do.

It is extremely easy and quick to set up the forms I need to collect the information I need.

I wish there was a lot more ability to customize the look of things.

We had no way of methodically collecting the data we needed from the people who had it. Formstack Forms makes it quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the design — very user-friendly and able to collect a lot of information without it feeling overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to navigate across multiple pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all requests in one place and is streamlined. Multiple teams can use it so it is a familiar product for our people and one less platform to use.

I love the analytics that Formstack provides. It's very helpful to know if people have opened my forms and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
The charts part of the site could use a little work, as we're currently using a survey for our customer satisfaction survey.

Formstack Does Everything I Need and More
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the versatility of the platform. I use Formstack for online enter-to-win contests, collecting employee availability, collecting employee feedback, mascot appearance request forms, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot I don't like about the platform. My only gripe would be the limit on file uploads for accounts. Sometimes we do enter-to-win contests with a file upload, and I find myself having to delete old forms frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack is solving the clutter of using paper for everything we do. It's also eliminating the extra step of inputting collected data into spreadsheets because I can easily export my submissions into Excel.
