Robust Data Automation with Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it’s a very robust data automation tool, and above all, I value its ability to seamlessly integrate information with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making a form look truly flawless is difficult because of design limitations, and the customization process ends up feeling tedious and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a professional, secure tool that gives me real peace of mind. It has saved us a lot of time on data entry, and thanks to its document automation and integrated electronic signatures, the process is now almost instantaneous.
Effortless Form Building with Intuitive Drag-and-Drop
What do you like best about the product?
its really easy to use and learn. I could log in and the drag and drop features make it so i dont have to be technical to build a form
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much i dont like about it. I use it to create a score for potential customers and it does exactl;y what i need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates my decision process by giving my potential customers a score.
Powerful, relatively flexible, ugly.
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates fairly well and is relatively robust as a general-use form solution. It also has decent data protection, which is what prompted our organization to adopt it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's ugly and all your forms will look pretty drab and similar. You can definitely dress them up a bit, but it requires a fair amount of CSS knowledge. It's also not as user-friendly as one might hope. It is a jack of all trades and a master of none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack let's us capture personally identifiable information that we aren't comfortable collecting on Google Forms, while still providing enterprise-level access and enough integrations to let us connect the apps and services we need to.
Formstack is a great form builder solution for centralising organisational data
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to centralise data from multiple systems into the one centralised location long with the ability to integrate with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
wish it had more options are features and validation features.

helping us collect data from public sources and centralise it

it lets the problems be more visible using surveys to gauge faculty perspective or student interest
On the Go App for users
What do you like best about the product?
intergrades go canvas apps. allows input of data in field. syncs data quickly. Any issues customer support is available to assist. I use it frequently about once a week for work related jobs

difficult navigating multiple pages at a time.

Able to intergraded Go canvas for on the road use at my hands
Very Easy and Comfortable to use
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and productitve. The Franchise we have uses to upload a lot of files in this manner

There isnt a lot of dislike. Its just a tool we have. So no dislike

Sharing information we need from the Franchise to our unit. So its easy.
Forms that actually reduce busywork
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Formstack Forms has been a steady process for us collecting information from varying teams. We use it departmentally, from PTO requests to equipment orders and it’s held up even with the busiest of times. I particularly like how the approval routing is automatic and will send forms to the right person without us having to hand them off manually. We’ve made our admin process much more dependable that’s.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Formstack Forms is that sometimes it takes Forms a long time to update when we need to edit the bulk of them. If we have ten forms and we need to perform the same change on all of them, the process becomes tiring and tedious. It has slowed us down while we’re auditing during an audit or though a company wide update, and we haven’t been able to keep up consistency with all our processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack Forms has yielded a decrease in the details usually missed by us in our day-to-day tasks. Before that, people would send us requests missing key information and that would slow everything down. At this stage, everything is captured up front. As HR and operations team aren’t chasing up every field that they forgot to fill out, it makes them more efficient. More time is freed up now for strategic projects rather than form issues.
Intelligent data collection that drives team performance
What do you like best about the product?
I ‘ve found it very helpful for my team and its drag and drop functionality makes it accessible for my sales team. It is user friendly to use and very efficient for daily operations. It allow us to standardize lead capture plus customer feedback processes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I don’t have any complaints about this application. Its integration capabilities with third party applications like salesforce, mailchimp, amazon S3 and powerautomate have streamlined our entire sales workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interaction is remarkably smooth, fulfill our aspects with a professional experience that reflects well on our brand. My team can now create customized forms that adapt based on our user responses and making data more relevant and actionable.
A good solution for information gathering
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the live forms are for the third-party to complete, and the ease of receiving the finished document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the distinction between "Forms" and "Documents"; it makes the process very repetitive, and the knowledge base and customer service also leaves a lot to be desired.

Formstack helps us gather required information and signatures based on a lot of different criteria.
