Great for productivity!
What do you like best about the product?
I love this solution for automating workflows and digitizing forms! I believe that many companies can benefit from this and it is so easy to use and requires no coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about this solution. It requires very little training and the opportunities seem to be almost endless. I would recommend this to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many doctors' offices, schools, HR departments, and any company with paper documents can benefit from digital forms through Formstack. Business performance and productivity increase in many companies from these tools.
Easy to Use App
What do you like best about the product?
The forms are easy to create and integrate with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding could have been more comprehensive. There should be more detailed help documentation and instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to customize W2C process for Salesforce and pre-populate key fields, which saves time for our customers, reduces duplicate accounts, and improves our ability to route cases to the best resource.
Amazing for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can create forms that will map to Salesforce. This gives my staff and members who are not Salesforce users the ability to get me the information I need and map to an account in Salesforce. Total game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's very easy to use and support is amazing with any questions you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to gather data from outside sources
Easy No Code Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The site is easy to get around. When creating forms or making edits, I find it easy do new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything with Formstack that I dislike. Everything works as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create and maintain forms used by the university that I work at. Formstack makes it easy to retrieve information from inside and out of our organization.
User friendly form builder for awesome Salesforce integrations!
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce. I don't need to log into another website to build my form. Also it's user friendly and intuitive for a non tech savvy user to learn
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customization. Other form builders have more controls on how the form displays. Validation rules are limited which means it can be tricky to get the results you want without custom code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a form built into a Salesforce Experience. Native Salesforce flows are very complicated and geared toward developers. That's the only native option in Salesforce is to use a flow. With Formstack I'm able to deliver a clean and styled form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Solid formbuilder that comes with great support and intuitive design. Users will be able to build forms within minutes of install and the built in templates make design options a snap.

What do you like best about the product?
The features in Formstack continue to evolve and make it easier for individuals with no coding experience to develop robust forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the features which require user accounts can be problematic if we have limitations on the number of licenses we have budgeted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found uses for Formstack in every department. The most obvious benefits are drastic reductions in consumable waste (paper, toner/ink) and less need for physical storage space since they can now be digitally stored. Another, often omitted, consideration is regaining valuable employee time that can be better better spent on other tasks by streamlining it with Formstack's suite of tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I challenge you to find another alternative to Formstack that handles everything they offer. As part of company policy, we review our platforms on a yearly basis to see if new alternatives exist which could rally with/edge out Formstack. We've not found one yet that comprises such a wonderfuly interwoven integration from data collection to document output.
Good Workspace Management Product
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Formstack to manage most of the tasks in our company. It is very useful when it comes to document management and creating forms. We can easily use this product, and it is easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
All is good with this product. I can't see any issues. So far, so good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manly, we have used this product to create forms and documents in our organization. And it is effortless to handle data in salesforce using this product. And there are lots of document templates inside this, and those are very useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am highly recommending it! Good Product to use!
Newbie to Formstack
What do you like best about the product?
Form styling options with css styles and HTML integrations; Drag and drop interface; Integration with workflows, 3rd party applications, post delivery options (such as Documents, email, etc); A/B submission testing
What do you dislike about the product?
For form logic, I wish there was the ability to use "OR" along with "AND" instead of either option (for hiding fields). Would also love to see some of the integrations they only have for Salesforce integration on the Form side (such as dynamic multiple choice options).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for client intake forms and assembling legal documents. Easy to use for the user.
Fabulous tool for data collection
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is easy to use, and allows for enough complex data collection . We use multi-part forms for data capture from internal (employees) and external (vendors), keeping the requests and vendor information in sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Formstack would allow a preview or .pdf export of a form for internal reviews, without having people enter data into the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covid vaccinations, vendor qualifications and internal surveys.
Best platform to fill forms
What do you like best about the product?
I like the logics, workflows, themes and the entire structure of building forms. As an administrator, I will how notifications can be set based on logic, messages can be sent and also how formstack can be integrated with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are too many logics then the form gets a little slow while building. Also, since we are building robust forms, we feel we may soon exceed the limit on the number of logics that we can input in the form. Also, we would like the attachment size to be increase as this is the feedback we have received from the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can ensure that people in our team don't make mistakes while inputting data, thereby minimizing errors, we can generate document numbers using unique values.
