Formstack = web engagement results
What do you like best about the product?
I was an early adopter of Formstack and their tech. They make it EASY to do simple-to-complex data input and manipulation to get the results you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot find the "hook" for their services currently. Looking at +NPS possible app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing right now, but a slim +NPS app would be great!
Very Niche Product with all necessary capabilities for Data Collection
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most used features of Formstack that is very beneficial for us in the industry is Logics.
Providing us with the support of adding multiple logics in the forms makes our work so much easier and convenient.

There is not much to dislike about Formstack, but some additional features can be accommodated to make the software more convenient to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack is right now being used in a very niche field like the "Construction Industry" at our organization.
Using Formstack, we digitalized the data collection workflow, which was first handled manually and was time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
R1 utilizes Formstack's data collection technology to eliminate the burden of creating, printing, and storing data that, in the past, has cluttered physician office's file cabinets. Formstack allows R1 to store data securely, quickly, and facilitates the entry of legal orders and authorization services for applications within R1's suite of products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formstack needs the ability to be able to batch update older forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack's logic based platform takes the coding work out of creating digital forms and puts intuitive technology into the hands of the user with the ability design forms that are branded, replicable, and deliverable via phone, tablet, or computer.

Formstack is intuitive and easy to use to generate anything from questionnaires, surveys, or checklists

Pricing tiers and the limits to forms allowed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company utilized formstack to generate a "checklist," so to speak, where we had our techs go through a location and upload photos to each wall where we could install a sign (We are a printing/graphics company). We also had questions of if they had certain items in the retail locations to identify them and upload a photo of each. I found this could be a perfect tool to lock technicians into a specific workflow and make sure they answer an entire set of questions, providing an answer to each along with a photo while they are out in the field.
Excellent Drag & Drop survey creation tool with good data integration.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy drag and drop interface. Easy to get started and use the survey tools right away. Good set of survey tools and answer formats. Automatic validation of certain types of fields, eg. address, email, etc. Plenty of advanced functionality for survey design as well, but it doesn't get in the way when you're first getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shape of the fields is not easily customizable, which leads to some screen-wide questions which leaves it feeling a bit rough. The integration data that can be exported via webhooks is insufficient for form data processing. Eg. the export has no index for question ordering in the form, so it's difficult to reconstruct the order of the answers in any database export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for prototyping our Customer Project intake form. Formstack has made it very quick and easy to prototype our product.

Quick and easy for both web deployment and email distro building.

Some logic elements could use additional development.

We use it to build forms for web, static landing pages, and CRM aggregation. Copy and paste elements from javascript to web (client-facing) are intuitive and highly user-friendly, regardless of skill level.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Lack of autofill functionality based on browser data and UTMs when integrated into pages hosted on alternative sites.
-Can't implement conditional logic based on text option fields (would be useful to offer 'is empty' or 'is filled' at a minimum, but ideally more options as well)
-SF Marketing Cloud triggered emails don't work, and there's no API error logs for Marketing Cloud operations

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Formstack is a solid tool if you're trying to get more out of native form functionality (in software like Hubspot) without completely overhauling your marketing automation.
Great product for collecting information
What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple people in my organization can all be using the same form and we can collect information all in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to fine the exact button or item I want to put in and I have to look around for it a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to collect the same information in multiple locations but now it's all in the same place that multiple users have access to.
FormStack has made my workload easier
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack allows us to keep track of our contact us messages easily. It lets us easily copy and paste the information submitted and send it to other departments. We use it for other purposes as well, but contact us is the primary purpose for using it for us. One other purpose is the collections of signatures. Serving a rural community means that some people cannot travel loing distances to received the healthcare they or their child needs, so being able to sign paperwork for virtual care is incredibly improtant.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a healthcare system, we had to go with the HIPAA compliant version of the program, which can be expensive. There doesn't seem to be a middle gorudn between their cheap and expensive packages. One small detail I find annoying is that it makes you log back in after 5 or so minutes of inactivity. I wish they would mnake it about 30 minutes of inactivity before it logs you out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track our contact us messages easily. We needed a solution to simplify the process, and FormStack provided that for us. We can also collect signatures through FormStack. Colleciting signatures is importnat since we serve a rural community. Giving multiple people logins makes it easy for other departments to access the information they need in a simple manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Formstack has an easy-to-use interface. Its customization options are great as well. FormStack also has excellent customer support with quick responses. If you are looking for a formbuilder with great customization options, FormStack is for you.
Great Features But Doesn't Scale
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is an easy-to-use tool with all of the form building functions you might expect. We've found that users can learn it quickly, and we've set up a number of helpful integrations with our other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formstack recently changed the pricing model and raised our (enterprise level) cost exponentially. Negotiations didn't help. Though we wanted to continue with the tool, we are currently researching other options due to this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack allows us to easily create professional, secure forms with no web development needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for smaller companies; overpriced if you have a lot of forms and users.
