What do you like best about the product?
Online registration, easy access, safe date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammar fixed or spelling mistakes automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
registration for the repeat customers.

It better if the form stack doesn't ask the repeat customers to register again. It should safe his information, and when the customer is going to fill his information again, it sends a message saying:( you already registered).

What do you like best about the product?
That you can edit the data, run reports and changes things easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont have any dislike , i have not encountered any at the time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking site and out reach completed by the team, materials used, impact on community. All in on system with easy use . As to before each staff had there own tracking system that made it a nightmare to see the whole picture.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have data you need sorted tracked and analyzed and need an easy to use system that can export and help you manage the data formstack is great.

We love using Formstack, it's easy to use, allows us to generate leads and capture data for future campaigns.

Formstack's feature set gives us a lot of capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack's logic rules, and integrations are really rich and allow power users to create powerful workflows with customer or employee submitted data. Advanced workflow approvals have been a key feature for us to implement customer setup procedures across a large and geographically spread out organization. I also appreciate the speed and stability of Formstack's product. Everything is autosaved, and performance even when working on a large and complex form is very good. The recent ability to create PDF documents with merged form data is a great feature. Also, the advanced capabilities to have pre-filled forms and partial form submission is very helpful for certain projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the price to add additional users to not be so high. It limits adoption for some features to not be able to assign users an approval/workflow license. I also think the theme designer and the built in templates could be improved to help design better looking forms. Masking options for certain form fields would also be a good addition. Overall though, Formstack has a very good feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have dozens of forms setup across multiple departments, many are internal that connect to various integrations with other services (e-mail, spreadsheets, etc.). We also use Formstack for all our customer facing forms (account sign up, credit applications, surveys, etc.). Formstack's reporting tools are somewhat of a hidden and underrated feature in my opinion. Being able to visually see submitted form data without hardly any setup work is a really awesome tool and gives us good insight on survey results, and internal trends and data points that would otherwise go unnoticed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have complex requirements but are not at the point where you can hire a developer to implement your form and data collection solutions, Formstack is a fantastic solution. From basic needs to advanced and complex form logic and integrations, Formstack delivers the feature set that you can grow into and not be faced with the need to switch to a different company down the road.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a traffic coordinator for an advertising agency and Formstack has made my job so much easier. Instead of having rogue forms for each employee Formstack has allowed everyone to
use the same entry form. It has saved countless hours of searching and tracking down data info to enter new projects. Best of all.....IT'S USER FRIENDLY"
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see changed is on the "All Submissions" screen. When I do a sub job under a master number it only shows the sub job number, not the master. It would be great if you could see both in case you ever have to go back and check a number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No jobs are overlooked now
Timelines are being met so clients are happy
If project changes midstream its easy to go back and update
Everything you need to start a new project is on the submission screen

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to format forms. Solves business needs so anyone can do it. UI is easy to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI is not workable for specific needs. Wish I could customize more. The export needs to be easier to format.

Powerful tool in a small package

What do you like best about the product?
I like the settings for adding logic/conditions to form elements. Makes for a very powerful tool for managing QA tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could make links clickable. Right now we have to highlight a URL and right-click "Visit" to open a linked URL from the form. It causes productivity issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to use Formstack to build comprehensive QA checklists to help agents QA and launch websites, along with recording what the agents did. It has replaced the use of google forms for our company and thanks to the logic we can add to hide/show based on certain conditions it has boosted productivity among agents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a form builder that offers a lot of great conditional logic options this is the one!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the logic available to users in FormStack. The Ability to hide question show questions for the relevant audiences really changes the way we collect information from our users.


How long does she get the most relevant data from users and not clicking information of superfluous or otherwise irrelevant that User

I really wish forensic happy birthday to create custom templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They probably were so I was gonna say is that we are going to get the most relevant way to collect a massive amount of information Thousands of users including sensitive financial information.
