Formstack based operation forms
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and user friendly form creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not find yet and right now all forms that we made looks perfect for our organization needs

Makes simple operating form instead of too sophisticated factory forms

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop nature of putting forms together through Formstack is so simple and easy to use... it really does make creating forms fun! I also like that the software allows you to create sections in your forms, which keeps our forms organized for our users when they go to fill them out. It helps to section out the information we're looking for from our supporters as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The back-end plugin features are sometimes cumbersome to figure out. It takes a bit of trial and error at times to make things work and integrate properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've made event registrations streamlined and easier for our guests. It's helped us to increase ticket sales for our annual events and makes registering a breeze!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Formstack was the solution for us for so many challenges. As a small non-profit organization, we were limited when it came to cost, but wanted to still make sure we were using a quality product. Formstack checks all the boxes of what we needed when it comes to event registration software, and we love the ease of creating forms through the back end. I would recommend Formstack to anyone interested in finding new ways to solve challenging technology problems, and appreciate the features they continue to implement to make sure their software is offering the best of the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is easy to use and very powerful because it allows for LOGIC that is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formstack pricing for Workflows is just a bit outside our budget but we would really like to use it. I would like the Formstack interface, wherever possible, to be a bit more snappy. I feel like I wait quite a while for different screens to load. It would be nice if somehow each click was only a 2 second wait instead around 4-7 seconds. I realize that is sometimes a difficult feat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Formstack to generate reports for our Audits and to collect information from customers on our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Formstack for companies that need a very user friendly low-code high-flexibility form option that has numerous features, integrations, and reasonable pricing. The pricing has not increased substantially in four years despite numerous added features. Also, my old forms have not been obsoleted which I really appreciate.
Excellent Intake Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack allows you to use conditional logic easily and quickly. It really makes the user experience when completing an intake look extra professional and only asks the info that they have to give. Rather than overwhelming them with choices that don't apply to them. A huge benefit to the software!
What do you dislike about the product?
While some users may be excited by all of the different ways you can customize the forms sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming. Some of the options I never use so I wish there was a way to remove them from the options bar or at least hide them temporarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack really makes it easy to customize forms and intakes to respond to the user which makes their experience smoother and more professional feeling. If you don't HAVE a brother then I don't need anymore information about them so when you click no, the box to give more info doesn't pop up. But if you click yes I can ask more in depth questions. It really provides a tailored experience.

If you need your forms to look a bit more polished than many of the free options Formstack is an excellent place to look.

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack has allows me to create forms to collect valuable data from present and potential clients, employees, vendors, etc. Also the integration with other software reduced paperwork and filing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most integrations has to go through third party software which could be costly and/or complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With formstack I have been able to reduce payroll, allow clients to submit their own jobs, created automated forms, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability of service. I also enjoy when I email customer service, they always reply quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better looking templates. Also notifications that confirm new things going on with Formstack (like templates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving documents. It's beneficial because instead of relying on a web developer I can do this myself with the Formstack point and click system.

Great Organization Tool for Agency
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile platform is very helpful for when our team is in the field collecting data. The forms are very easy to set up, revise, et. We have referred several of our former and current vendors to implement Formstack in there data collection for their Sales Force.
What do you dislike about the product?
have no concerns, am very happy with the current offering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to keep track of store visits per sales representative, which in turn gives us better accreditation with our vendors we represent.

Go for it! We've had nothing but a great experience!
Exceptional Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and reliability it has provided our team. Support is always there when we need it, and I have yet to have the experience interrupted by Formastack having server issues. The fact that I can keep a history of data collected send the experience over the edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more features for the forms. For instance, an address book feature would be nice when you are reusing a lot of the same names and addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving into a digital and paperless age for our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it. It's easy to get in and it's easy to use. I've yet to run into a question I couldn't get an answer for.
Simple and Easy Form Builder
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack is extremely easy to use to build forms, easy to install the forms, and the integrations with other software platforms - like Google Drive, EMMA, and others make it an ideal tool for our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I wouldn't change much, I would change the ability to customize the forms designs properties. Sometimes the it takes to long to get the form to match a brand, or current design if you are inputting into an existing webpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team is saving a ton of time with Formstack. The integrations make any lead data flow into other parts of our business systems, and take out some of the manual processes we used to have.
