Lots of great features
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect to google analytics. Easy to create templates

hard to organize forms by unit or purpose

The credit card feature can be a little challenging and alphabetizing output of forms on the back end can be challenging as well.

Good for creating easy to use forms and forms requiring admin sign off.
Long time Formstack user
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Fromstack for many years now. It's intuitive and a great tool for creating ad hoc forms in very little time. It work and saves me $$ because I don't need to hire extra help to create high functioning landing pages to capture info form my end users. The feature where we share a URL link to view all submissions without having to log in is the best
What do you dislike about the product?
More template designs would be nice. There is not anything specific I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sign ups for events we hold.
Excellent Form Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Even users unskilled in HTML can create complex forms that are both responsive and accessible. We currently export our data via Excel but are working on creating a custom integration using the API.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see builtin connections to live data to populate form attributes rather than manually attributing them or uploading spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Formstack for our main Contact Us form. We have generate thousands of leads every mont.

Try it. We compared to competing products and found offered the best balance of usability and flexibility.

Flexibility and expanse of formulas goes above and beyond competitors. Allows for higher levels of engagement

Cannot embed in email, outputs klunky to a degree

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use and easy to navigate.

I think it could be improved based upon the technology we have these days. It seems to be a little older.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used for a brief time to see how it would be to have our orders sent through the system. It worked, it just could have been better.

I appreciate how much can be done, AND the simplicity of use

There are still some functional and aesthetic controls that are still limiting the forms I am creating

The pricing could always be a little better. Also have secured document storage and isn’t sorted on a public CDN would be amazing.
