Great internal method for getting stuff done
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an immediate request for my internal associates. It's simple and forward...
What do you dislike about the product?
After approval of the request, there is no confirmation for reference of completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No messy personal email requests or "lost" requests for jobs. It's specific and detailed.

The ease of building forms and how they sync with Salesforce.

At times it is clunky and things don't save correctly

Can't change graphics or fonts easy.Wish you could make bold or change font easier.

The students do their own application. I do not have to try to read the students handwriting.

Formstack is so easy to use! It's all drag and drop and can be embedded on any website. New team members are able to get up to speed on the software quickly, with no learning curve!
What do you dislike about the product?
Love everything about it. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solving a lot of website form submission problems with Formstack. It provides a "Submission Sharing" link that is great to share with clients so they can see form fills in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend for any size business. Lots of great features and the pricing model varies depending on how much you plan to use it - which is great for a small business or large business. Also really love that it is 100% secure and behind an SSL so that you can accept payments for Formstack.

The versatility of the program and how easy it is to use.

Recently, Formstack didn't automatically ask if I needed data encryption when I added the credit card field to the form.

I've been on the formstack platform for years. We use it in a variety of ways for our clients. It has a nice mix of ease of use but sophisticated functionality.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the product.

It is so fascinating how I can create the survey then go in any platform to carry out the survey live this is a direct way to know how to advertise and on which areas.

You have to work with small number of questions does not provide large number of questions.
