live survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create it and can go realtime with it which makes it more lively and direct with quick feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Am dissapointed that such a good platform but doesnt provide analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To carry out a reseasrch from our forms on our markets so as to inprove on sales and customer relation.

Gives you freedom to create and customise forms and the ability for intergration just try it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how after creating the forms i can go live to any site or platform with it to get real time response this makes me to have direct product users feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has few questions and does not provide analysis for the feedback obtained from the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building of our survey online and carrying the survey online on target market on the potential and new users answers in our products for sales improvement.

The right tool for those looking for cost effective and easy to use survey tools and also real time feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the freedom i have in creating and customising forms and links and ability for intergration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to iniatially set it up otherwise it is a good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conducting surveys on our markets to understand our markets and consumers better for increased sale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is excellent tool for those conducting survey on their market but with no complete knowledge of form building since th tool has excellent customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can build forms with questions and ability to have drop down list of answers on market research answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does not have wide range of questions though it is okay.

Building forms online for survey and research on markets for our products for planning on our sales.

Good tool for those with fixed budget and also easy to use thus getting feedback efficiently.

Best Online Form Software I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack's user interface is intuitive and incredibly simple to use. I appreciate that I can build complex online forms without any coding experience and don't need to reply on developers for help. There are a ton of great features including conditional logic, smart routing, and a plethora of integrations with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the ability to pre-populate form fields via URL parameters, but the process to create the URL could be simplified. I always have to refer to the online documentation to remind myself how to do it. They could create a URL builder that would make it much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it for customers surveys, feedback forms, event planning, contact forms, email subscriber lead generation forms, and for various other projects. It has more functionality than Google forms and Survey Monkey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's low cost and easy to use. Give it a shot with their free trial. I recommend starting out on the smallest plan that meets your needs. You can upgrade your account as your needs change.
Overall Okay, but Confusing at times
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack gives us the ability to create quick surveys and applications. The logic features allow us to combine multiple forms into one for a seamless user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logic features are definitely confusing. I also don’t trust that they always work. I have run into situations where all of the logic looks completely fine and I can navigate the form on my end, but users run into snags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Formstack for student housing applications. It allows us to print less and keep all data in one place.
Great form making multiple forms and reviewing them
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to look at forms with ease by sorting them with using certain categories
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to sort all information that is listed and unable to copy information from the preview page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I deal with booking spaces, with formstack I am able to quickly see information and it simple to launch and use.
Super customizable and connectable form builder
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack’s form builder is one of the easiest and best designed drag-and-drop form building services I’ve ever used. What really pushes it over the top is the ability to do integrate the form with dozens of different services such as Mailchimp and Zendesk to automate workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formstack is significantly more expensive than some of their alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were very dissatisfied with the built-in forms on Zendesk. Using Formstack’s integrations API, we were able to build much nicer looking forms with conditional questions that still works great with our Zendesk account and makes the user’s experience easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We were able to combined multiple forms and instead separate their needs using conditional questions and conditional email outputs. This has been a major benefit in maintaining the forms on Formstack.
Great form maker
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to customize and create many different b tires of Internet forms. The customer support is also wonderful and responds quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations possible for various functions.

We are able to create a vast array of customizable forms for user to submit there data.
