Great Way to Get Forms in Order

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack has great plugins with google to allow for sheets to be created and populated by our customers easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a bit to navigate on how you can create and gather new info. easy learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting sensitive information from multiple users in the same customer channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing customer support. Every time i have an issue they respond really quickly and are able to help. Not to mention they check in some time after to ask if everything works fine.
Formstack offers a great variety of freedom in creating and customizing forms, links to forms and integrations. Everything is very intuitive and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would love is to be able to integrate a single form with multiple Google sheets to divide the data i collect more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I collect data for creating profiles of companies for my website, also conduct surveys to understand our users better and research to predict how the business is growing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, it's definitely worth it's price. For me, it's one of the main tools in my day to day work.

What do you like best about the product?
it's user friendly for both the recipient and formstack creator
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be slow to contact. for example, when I need to reset my password, it takes really long to receive a verification code

Solid Easy to Use Enterprise Solution

What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to train many non-technical people to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the permissions were easy to understand / work out for multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used this tool as an interim solution for several business processes where the definitive is are costly and changes to our underlying legacy systems. This has allowed us the flexibility to automate several process and roll them out to a wider range of B2B clients, while continuing to explore definitive solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a flexible solution that can be used for simple web forms as well as complex enterprise level business processes.

Spotty submissions, slow support response - we bought a car with no engine.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful Salesforce integration saves times, very customizable branding options to designed multiple types of forms, fairly appealing interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
We bought an engine with no car. Our users are submitting forms that are not recorded anywhere, and the support options are either incredibly slow, or, require you pay extra money every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient nonprofit surveys and grant applications.

Works Fine But Can Abruptly Break Your Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of building forms and convenience of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a specific update to credit card fields to make them PCI compliant. I don't think that formstack understands how their customers are using the fields because when they replaced the fields (to be PCI compliant), they don't realize that their customers are just collecting credit card information and started forcing them to process payment at time of form submit. Their update did not say anything about this and when asked for extension of time to change processes (they gave 30 day notice), they said that would not happen.

They are a great tool, just really unaware of how their customers could potentially be using it and don't mind breaking their business processes at short notice.

UPDATE: Formstack did extend an extension to this feature rollout (CC). I am now able to properly plan a billing process around this change. I am changing my review from 2/10 to 9/10 stars. I do like the ease of the forms. Thank you!

Do not use this tool to build into your regular business processes. It will likely change and require development work to rebuild your processes after the change and the company sticks to their deadlines.

Great for Surveys, Registration, or Collecting Information

What do you like best about the product?
I use this product several times a week. I have used it for post-training session surveys, session registrations, collecting weekly reflections logs, monthly travel documents and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality has not performed as expected in the past. It seems that the development team has been quick to fix any issues and provide improvements when contacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to collect surveys, monthly document submissions, weekly reflections, post-session feedback collection, and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product! Allows for the collection of any information or forms you could imagine. The ability to set email automation using logic rules has been most helpful. Some submissions on the same form require different individuals receive email notifications based upon an answer to one of the questions on the form. FormStack makes it easy to set up those email automation settings. In addition, the ability to share the results/submissions with anyone to whom you provide the link has been invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to click and drag form elements when building a form, and easily editing certain regions, and applying logic, and customizing confirmation email and page settings
What do you dislike about the product?
That changes are all instantaneous, so there is no room for error and if a mistake is made it is instantly live (There is no Save or Undo)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create and manage forms used by college administrators. The data collection is great, it allows users to quickly view a report. It also reduces the number of inaccessible PDF forms by having a digital version.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have plenty of support for end users which includes training, or have a dedicated staff support that can manage the forms and address problems

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once you complete your portion of a form, it is automatically sent off to the next individual who needs to complete it and they are sent an email verification linking them directly to the portion to fill out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot stop and save your work after you start typing, you must finish the form in the same long in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problem of using actual papers to track things and papers get lost etc. Formstack has allowed it to become electronic
Recommendations to others considering the product:
give it time to get used to. It seems clunky at first but soon it makes your paper tracking less miserable. recommend for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly user friendly - both for users completing forms and while building forms on the back-end. There are many options for types of questions and using different logic to make your forms as custom as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have the option to sort submissions by multiple field options without needing to export data (not just by submission date/time)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect Formstack with other online services we use such as Dropbox
