Formstack Review after 3 years of use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the drag and drop features and the Salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a salesforce integration crash and that halted our sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Formstack to convert our leads into opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider a solution like Pardot that has native salesforce integration.
Great Form Provider
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack has changed the way we we can get information from remote employees fast. The conditional logic is brilliant and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the time I have used this form provider, I cant think of a time when I've had an issue that could not be solved by calling the support line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary use is for recruiting and other HR operations. Formstack has streamlined the process of getting the information we need to onboard employees prior to their start date. We also employ remote individual all over the country and Formstack has made on boarding them as well.
My Go To Form Builder
What do you like best about the product?
I chose Formstack over Wufoo as my "go to" fool for form building years ago. I appreciate how easy and robust the form builder is to use, the advanced conditions that I can apply to forms, and features like file upload and signature gathering.
I make heavy use of the notification emails and customize different emails based on the form submission. I also use Formstack along with Zapier to take additional actions with submitted information.

What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really Formstack's fault, but it's frustrating to embed forms into websites that use ASP.Net.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Formstack primarily as a form building tool, not a lead conversion tool, and take heavy advantage of it's ability to integrate with other software via Zapier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you don't use Zapier, Formstack offers 35+ third-party integrations with other software products. Take a look and you may find opportunities to get even more value from your subscription.
