Love the Friendly Interface!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use the system, it's super user friendly and not complicated to figure out! We use Formstack for every form (which is a lot) in our office and I am constantly in the system pulling data and information. There are lot's of options for question types and data, which I love!
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly don't think there are a lot of downsides to using Formstack Forms. We use Forms all the time and rarely have issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to use paper and pencil anymore, and all of our data is stored in one place. Truly the best part is having all of our past forms in one place and we can just reuse what we need and make copies!

What do you like best about the product?
It has streamlined many of our processes within our company saving us hundreds of hours Annually.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like more help from Formstack on issues and creating some additional forms vs watching videos etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making so we don't have to use software where we need to manually enter information, now it is captured within our forms by our clients themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the data collection, approval process and the Coding "logic" design.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a several weird bugs or things that I would like to customize that I am able to. For example, integrations after approvals, Adjusting approvers from the approval window on the form (ie. adding/ removing people when needed) and integrating links to submitted documents are my problems currently. Occasionally there are glithes and logic breaks but it is not often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect HR request and data and then use the integration feature to offload that data for processing.


    Insurance

Use formstack as insurance brokerage, to collect data, have documents and contracts signed.

What do you like best about the product?
they work and are reliable, I could make the forms I needed to collect date from clients that want to apply for insurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
not intuitive,
the option to save fields and reuse them are not practical and are confusing,
the dashboard seems a bit old school and again, not intuitive,
I cannot use Formstack Sign within a Form (like why?)
I Cannot set up the dates the way I want (ex.: I need some fields with year only;
the part for address (And others too) specifically the field for postal code always makes my customers confused once it all reds out when you start filling it out - gives a terrible feeling and the impression customer is doing sth wrong (but they barely started to fill it out)
option to upload documents should be more practical than adding it several times - make an option that simply says "add more documents" if the client needs to upload more than one doc
the encryption thing does not let us collect data such as incomplete forms (please solve it)
option to save the form should constantly be showing on the form, not only at the end - so people understand they can save that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I collect info/data from clients and use them to apply for insurance.

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack allowed us to automate enrollment for thousands of students per year, and minimize the use of paper in our daily to-dos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always user friendly. It is for the tech savvy and problem solvers. More advanced processes require technical staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can auto track thousands of enrollments without paper and integrate it into our processes online for enrollment.

A Great Web Form Builder and More!

What do you like best about the product?
My org was using several form-building tools and wanted to consolidate them into one. After extensive research and conversations with multiple vendors, we decided to go with Formstack and it's been a pleasure ever since. We use Formstack every day and its ease of use is a game-changer. Add to that the truly stellar interactions with their team and customer support when we need it. It also integrates with Salesforce!
What do you dislike about the product?
Things can get a little dicey when you're using custom CSS styling, but Formstack's support team is available to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Formstack, we now have a one-stop shop to collect actionable data for our slate of programs. Program data was once scattered across multiple tools and spreadsheets; this saves us a large amount of time and streamlines our processes.

Overall Good Product for Integrating Forms

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack native is a great product that allows you do pre fill fields and integrates with Salesforce effortlessly. If you do not have a developer team this is a great product for admins to get the features they need to intake data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization on the formstack native and formstack core is not easy. To get our level of branding is achievable but not an easy process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our forms to prepopulate the customer information so they dont have to enter all their information over and over and create a bad user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to review multiple forms and data from them on the portal. I really enjoy how easy it is to see simple analytics based on how the form was either submitted or left blank.

I really enjoy the analytics as it is a great way to report to our clients how much interaction the website is getting.l
What do you dislike about the product?
Late last year an update was pushed out that made the embedding of forms unstable.

Overnight it seemed that dozens of our forms embedded on websites broke when viewed on mobile or smaller screens. It looks like the form has a forced width on every viewing size. Before I enjoyed how dynamic the forms performed, now we must use a workaround to make it work.

Lastly, when we tried to add UTM parameters into a hidden field it was erased once someone filled out a form. I am pretty disappointed with how we can no longer use this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us good data when people either fill out a form or the form is abandoned.

Dynamic and versatile tool

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack forms has empowered our business to be able to consolidate a lot of our paper forms and legacy processes to a streamlined, efficient platform that we use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when working with logic can get confusing - specifically, when you are working with forms, documents, data routing, workflows, etc. You can have layered logic on top of layered logic that can make it a nightmare for someone who wasn't involved with a form's creation to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a 150+ year old company, we have a lot of manual, legacy processes that involve paper forms. We have utilized Formstack to convert nearly all of these processes to a more streamlined, paperless format that is intuitive and familiar. We have Formstack forms and workflows in use in every department within our company.
