HORRIBLE and it keeps getting worse

HIPAA compliance is a plus. Mutliple users with different access points.
What do you dislike about the product?
HORRIBLE across the board. To start... Absolutely criminal pricing. Second... Next to impossible to cancel...HUGE waste of time, there's no cancel button. I've been trying to cancel for 2 months... and in the meantime they have been billing me for those two months. And also they have just let me know that apparently I am on a yearly contract?? And I can't cancel for 8 months? After I spend another $4k+ with them?? I am so beyond disappointed. I have been a customer for 5+ years. It's an insanely expensive, subpar service. I am so beyond my limit with Formstack. On top of all of this, I have reached out when our form logic was just NOT working (REALLY bad look for us for our clients) and they gaslit me and told me it was working after it had been fixed. SO why when I did absolutely nothing did my form not work and now it all of sudden works??? Hm...
Go with another form provider. My business needs HIPAA compliant forms and there are way better alternatives out there for a FRACTION of the price. Like less than what I am paying PER MONTH at Formstack for an entire year kind of fraction of the price.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been getting ripped off for years and am mad and feel taken advantage of and now they are making it my problem. I could have saved $10k if i switched to another provider earlier. I wouldn't be so mad because I do take responsibility for my part in this... but it's also taken me HOURS to attempt to leave the service (they still haven't cancelled my account and each month that goes on they keep charging me!!!!), another 20 hours or so to rebuild my forms on another platform. I am beyond unhappy with them and FULLY recommend you go with a different form company.

What do you like best about the product?
We LOVE being able to create our own forms for what we need, and customize them. We also love that we can create custom submission emails, for both confirmation and updates like "Hey, just so you know ____ filled out this form."
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. We love the interface, the simplicity of it, and the customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us with recruiting, HR, administration, operations, benefits... we use this for nearly everything!
Simple solution for registration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Can create multiple registration events / copy events / file them into folders.

Duplicate registrations coming through on multiple events in error.

Simple registration for the customer to supply us the info we need.

What do you like best about the product?
The application as a whole is solid, but the standout for me is the form builder page. The interface and layout are well-designed, very intuitive, and easy to navigate. It doesn’t take long to get comfortable with creating and managing forms, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user management page could use some work, especially when it comes to the preset filters. For starters, not all user types are covered in the presets, and some classifications are confusing. For example, we have "standard users" and "participant users," but the org role field lumps them together as "standard," which makes it hard to distinguish between the two. Another issue is the schema for exported data— the data that exported from our account manager is more comprehend than the data we have, which can create challenges for data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it lets us create highly customized forms and share them easily without worrying about managing access. It saves us time and keeps everything smooth and efficient for our team.
Terrific for data collection and post-event surveys.
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack has been crucial to increasing efficiency on our team - we use it for a wide variety of purposes but the two most helpful are data collection (signing up for an event or submitting an interest form) and post-event surveys (collecting feedback and how to follow up with clients).
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to use the pay feature can be complicated, there should be some better logic/math features to enhance productivity with sales.

User Friendly Interface for Forms and Questionnaires
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Formstack is the intuative interface. Adding fields, logic, sections, headers, etc. I can look at the sidebar and find the answer to all of my questions in one spot. They've done a great job identifying what buttons will be used the most, and putting them all in an easy-to-find spot, and making adding them as easy as a click. We use Formstack any time we need to gather feedback or information, which is relatively often. The automation is fantastic and I love that we don't need to integrate Formstack with other systems, because automatically receiving emails checks that box for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because 90% of the features I need to use are on the left-sided menu, it can be a bit confusing to find more advanced features. Page breaks, section breaks, etc. are a bit trickier to find and they always seem to take me a few minutes to re-orientate myself to Formstack when I need to add those pieces in. That could just be my personal use /habits of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback gathering has been completely satisfied by Formstack. The logic feature is probably what makes Formstack so useful for us, to help reduce the amount of information that people are confronted with. If it's less overwhelming, we're more likely to recieve good feedback. As an business, being able to organize the forms by department or topic makes things easy to find and more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Formstack provides the ability to auto calculate multiple cost fields into a summary. This is lacking in many registraiton tools on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic UI isn't as cutting edge as some platforms out there. However, you can deploy custom code to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formstack provides us a flexible software solution that provides logic based form building.
Excellent Product to Implement User Input into Your Website Using Webhooks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to imput data into our system for our sutomers using the webhooks. We have hundreds of clients using the system and we are able to provide them all their own form for their website toreceive leads into our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting is a little tricky and limited without an understanding of css which is not an issue for our company but probably others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our clients to receive leads on their site and have us call the data into our website so they are updated on the spot about potential clients.
