A Perfect Fit for my Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Formstack makes it EASY to create all the forms and tools I need to help run my business smoothly. The ease of use is my favorite thing about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think perhaps there are some features that could use more flexibility, but other than that I don't have many complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, we need clients, colleagues, and employees to be able to communicate and submit information to our headquarters office easily and efficiently on a daily basis, and that is exactly what Formstack helps us do! We are able to retrieve and organize the data we need in a neat and timely manner. It helps us run audits, get customer feedback, reporting, and more. We love the versatility and easy-to-use interface that conforms to virtually all our business needs.
My experience with Formstack
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration. I like that I can create a form and send a link to my colleagues so they can collaborate on the form before sharing it with the public. I use the collaboration feature all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I lie Formstack. And they are constantly adding new features that are great as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create many survyes and form that are for the public and Formstack is helping use to delivery our forms with ease.
Simple to use but extremely versatile form building tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its overall ease of use. Very easy to learn, but it has a tremoundous amount of advanced integration features available when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting fields is very frustrating. Every time you delete a field it reloads the page and brings you back to the top of the form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to reduce the number of PDF's on our website and replaces them with much more user-freindly online form submissions.
Intuitive and easy
What do you like best about the product?
it's easy for beginners and non-technical users to set up and create forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it to be easier to apply our look and feel to forms via CSS/SCSS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to consolidate all our forms uner Formstack and tie it back into Salesforce.
Easy To Use, Incredible Integrations and Best of All...Worth it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Formstack makes it incredibly easy to create new forms. With pre-built templates and even pre-built sections, the drag and drop feature allows me to create a new form in minutes. The customizations I can implement with color and formatting allow me to deploy a new form to my website in a seamless experience that doesn't make it look out of place. With the provided iFrame codes and URLs to shares, it's so easy to add a form to a webpage or email. Using it to collect leads is also great, the provided Salesforce integration is easy to connect and manage, allowing me to collect submissions automatically to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the UI can be a little tough to navigate. I wish it was easier to login to the Forms module without logging into my admin panel, then navigating to the Forms module. Beyond that, I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, it saves me time. Second, the integration with Salesforce allows me to collect information on webpages without using Salesforce Marketing, which is incredibly expensive and cost prohibitive. It also allows me to use UTMs and other such features like pre-populated forms very easily, where I now keep a library of links to deploy at my leisure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of creating the forms. I like the ease of changing the forms and surveys
What do you dislike about the product?
when you starting having longer more intricate forms the logic assignments get a little frustrating. But if you make sure to keep everything in order it will work itself out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ease of having all the responses come to one spot and be able to track is great
Much better than other form platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Formstack allows for lots of flexilbility of settings as well as a plethora of field types. I've found other forms can't compare with either, and the integrations and embedding options have really helped for our use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that only allowing Formstack admins to access the backend of reporting can be complicated in my industry. There are really on backwards ways for us to accomplish this, which is frustrating.

Branding abilities within forms
Formstack is Fantastic for Business!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the Formstack form builder in my current role for about 9 years now and highly recommend it. I use it mostly for group trip and event registration purposes, but have also used it for client intake forms, credit card authorization forms and post-event surveys. I am very familiar with its functions and personally find it MUCH easier to use than Google Forms. I especially love the logic functions, various field options, easy integration to Google Sheets and that it doesn't allow form editing after submission (which from my experience with Google Forms, causes lots of confusion). I often recommend Formstack to colleagues looking for an easy-to-use registration platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislikes are limited font and formatting options. I've learned how to format forms per my preferences over the years but would love to see more font options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, I use it primarily for group trip and event registration. Formstack Forms makes it very easy for me to collect the information required to arrange and manage group trips and events, especially with its simple integration to Google Sheets. It keeps me organized and on top of my planning processes time and time again.
Customizable for all of your forms needs
What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable it has features that make it is to build and deploy surveys, forms and reviews. Anyone in the organization or outside can fill out the forms, surveys and reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is not in the same time zone so communication takes time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to do the review process since we do not have an HRIS system that works globally. It solves the problem of tracking the status of the review process. I also use it to build event request forms. It is easy to have the parties involved notified when a new form has been filled out. Everyone who needs to know knows what has been requested and what needs to get done.
Easy to use, efficient and affordable esigner
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use e-signer - simple to implement and configure. It integrates well with Salesforce. The support team was super responsive in a question I had about using field templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints - it excels at everything we need.

We use the e-signer for all company signatures, internal and external.
