Formstack a friend for corporates
What do you like best about the product?
It provides flexibility of creating custom online forms and works end to end seamlessly. Best part of no coding is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is on higher side and trial period is also less to explore more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create custom forms which is required internally within the organisation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cloning forms is not a great feature. It often changes some of the fields and ends up making more work than it does to help.
The new updates no longer allowes my CSS to work for changing the width of my forms. This is super disappointing

Very functional and fit for purpose
What do you like best about the product?
It has a variety of options for you to add into the build, meaning forms can be customised in a number of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to navigate and understand if you're a new user, it's not the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to send out mass forms to employees and review information. I like that information can be downloaded in a variety of formats.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it simplifies so muhc information and makes it easy for any deparmtent to get the pieces of data that are needed to make the project a success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is incredibly user firendly and intuative!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have always had a problem with keeping information in a centralized location - Formstack has completely changed the game for us. We are all able to login and see the information we need in seconds.
A feature for every function
What do you like best about the product?
Even seemingly complicated functions are easy to us capture with Formstacks well thought-through features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The descriptions for more esoteric functions could use more detail. While the descriptions probably make perfect sense to the Formstack internal developers, the descriptions don't always translate to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A segment of the legal profession in the state where I work can now capture an almost infinite number of settlememt scenarios in a settlement agreement form that can accomodate all of those scenarios.
Easy to use and helpful customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. And on the off chance I run into a problem their customer service is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitches and doesn't save my changes.

Allows us to quickly and easily collect data.

Great interface and easy to use. Great folders to organize all as well.

I love the customisation that formstack has been able to offer our organsation!

I would love some of their add on features to be included in the regular msubscription costs.

Leads and contact forms!
An excellent and easy to use form making platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to build forms in a GUI is wonderful, as form creation in an IDE is a real pain sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 100k hard limit on each form can be troublesome if you get an unexpected spike in traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need less development time when creating forms now. Also, we can roll-in other non-tech team members who are able to easily understand the forms.
