Reco is utilized in multiple situations for our organization. We are able to quickly recover data from backups and restore it with minimal effort, which significantly helps us in providing backup solutions.

What stands out about identity and governance is its effectiveness across the entire SaaS lifecycle, helping our organization manage access through identity and access governance. Reco has impacted us in a very positive way, providing an additional layer of security in terms of data confidentiality, account compromise, and configuration drift while utilizing AI tools to improve and increase comprehensive coverage.

There are many ways that Reco can be improved. There is a need to classify systems by business criticality, and improvement can occur where if a backup exists and recovery is slow, recovery policies can be configured for all systems, enabling Reco to shift from backup to instant recovery and also focus on ransomware-focused recovery. I chose eight out of ten because there are many areas where Reco can be improved, such as shifting from backup to instant recovery, focusing more on problems like ransomware protections and ransomware file protections, as well as image-based backup or virtualization would enhance performance and behavior.
