Remote Worker support tool is a must have

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get a gauge for discussion with employees. Especially remote workers. Also, increased JIRA integration helps to monitor projects by being able to group individuals together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The resent updates that included the flexibility of JIRA is great; downside, depending on teams they may not use it as much if they have limited jira exposure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uplevel is solving my ability to be more flexible to see what the team is doing from the JIRA standpoint. As a manager the ability to get a gauge on employee work and specific points of contact is great benefit.
