All Information Centralized in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
The warehousing of all information in one central location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting use to the application versus Board docs. Boardocs was more easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The keeping of information in a local place.
User-Friendly Experience with Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly and they have great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay in reviewing documents. Printing just a few pages is difficult, you end up with 1000's of pages when printing the agenda.

Attachments that do not appear visible when they are not made private.

Transition Hiccups, Promising Agenda Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Diligent Community simple enough to navigate during our testing phase. I particularly appreciate the ease of creating agendas. I am optimistic about these features making meetings run smoother once we complete our migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, the lack of communication during the transition has been frustrating. Grouping motions when taking minutes concerns me, as with BoardDocs I can submit a motion for all consent items and it captures information and populates it for all. With Diligent Community, I can only group by sections, which requires entering the same motion multiple times. Also, the initial setup isn’t good and we’re still in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I expect Diligent Community to streamline board agendas so meetings run smoother. The ease of creating agendas seems promising.

I like how clean the site is and how easy it is to use the help center.

Nothing particular to dislike except navigating a new site.

What do you like best about the product?
The attractive, user-friendly public site and expanded administrative functionality has increased public access, transparency and efficiency. The Diligent team is top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some glitches with the migration of data from Boarddocs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a website that contains all things Board-related. I like that community can click on a section dedicated to engagement. That’s a big deal for my district. I also like how the minutes are created from the agenda and signatures can be affixed electronically.
Makes my Job Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the text message approvals that I can use when administrators are traveling. I like that it looks the same on all of my devices. I like that I have historical information on agenda items that have been submitted and that I can duplicate those items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. If a feature doesn’t apply to my organization, I just don’t use that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency with community members. This equates to less phone calls or emails. Also do not have to print paper packets, but if I do, it is a lot easier than the past.
