Made it easy to fight frauds
What do you like best about the product?
The ease from detection of fraud sites, listings or ads to get them removed.
We have many times found fake merchants or frauds selling "our" products online - Brandshields off cource find so many more.
But the real benefit is the reduction of time spend on removing these and the succes rate. Enforcement is done now with just a click within brandshield or an email to brandshield and the problem disappear (untill another one appear)
Onboarding took some time which was fair - but daily work is very limited

Price :-) It is a pricy solution - but also full service.

Helps us to keep down the number of fraudelent sites leeching on out brand and cheating out customers.

The BrandShield platform is extremely user friendly and the team is responsive and knowledgeable.

I love the customer service and the responsive team. Many competing firms have an "off the shelf" offering that is static and inflexible. We've been able to work collaboratively with BrandShield to solve real client problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no significant complaints about the system and the team. They are the best in the space.

BrandShield helps me and my clients by scanning and identifying problematic content online across the full range of online threats - stand alone websites, marketplace listings, social media posts and accounts, and paid advertisements - and in connection with all forms of problematic content - impersonations, counterfeits, regulatory/false advertising violations, and more.

quickly identifies fraudulent or impersonating pages, which is crucial for protecting our brand reputation.
the new version automatically removes these harmful pages without requiring manual intervention from our team.

Slightly on the pricier side, but does a good job

too many reps whohave not been proacive. legitimate accounts on facebook that have not gone down.

BrandShield helps us take down a variety of websites, social pages & marketplaces from using our imagery, trademarked terms & even fake products. As a premium brand we don't want our audience to get tricked into buying a fake products and a bad customer experience.

The effectiveness of the platform in finding and removing situations of counterfeiting and misuse of trade marks. The support we receive from the Brandshield team is also positive.

Sometimes it is complicated to integrate the platform with the anti-counterfeiting systems of market places
