BrandShield helps us by identifying and shutting down fake websites, fraudulent ads, and impersonating social media accounts. This active enforcement protects our brand’s integrity and safeguards our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrandShield is how seamlessly it helps us detect and take down online threats across multiple channels. The platform's AI-driven clustering technology is a game changer. That kind of visibility has saved us time, protected our customers, and helped us get ahead of attackers. The dashboard is intuitive, and their support team is always on point when we need deeper insights or escalation of enforcement issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a lot the platform can do, and it took some time for our team to fully tap into its potential. That said, once we got the hang of it—and with help from their responsive support team—it became a powerful part of our brand protection strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrandShield is helping us tackle some of the biggest external threats to our brand—phishing sites, fake social media profiles, counterfeit listings, and brand impersonation across search ads. These threats were not only costing us traffic and revenue, but also damaging customer trust.

What do you like best about the product?
BrandShield has been a game-changer for us in the realm of digital brand protection. Before partnering with them, our team was spending a significant amount of time and resources manually identifying and taking down fraudulent websites, fake social media profiles, and malicious SDKs that posed a risk to our brand and our users. This was not only labor-intensive but also left gaps in our coverage due to the reactive nature of the work.

After receiving initial strategic guidance from our team at MoneyLion, BrandShield quickly adapted to our needs and began operating in a highly autonomous manner. Their platform now handles the majority of the threat detection and takedown process, which has drastically improved our response times and overall efficiency.

One of the most impressive aspects of BrandShield is the combination of automation with human oversight. The system continuously monitors a wide range of digital channels and flags potential threats with impressive accuracy, while their team remains responsive and proactive when needed. The result has been a measurable reduction in brand impersonation incidents and a significant drop in the internal workload required to manage them.

Overall, BrandShield has provided us with peace of mind and allowed our internal teams to focus on higher-value initiatives instead of chasing down fraudulent actors. I don’t have any negatives to share. As reflected in the positive aspects of our experience, there’s really nothing we’ve found to dislike about the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is exceptional - they are always willing to adjust to our changing needs and customization requests. They are also able to monitor more than I've seen others able to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
They like to have meetings to discuss items, but we prefer fewer meetings and more asynchronous review. We've mentioned this to them though, and they have willingly accommodated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Misuse of brand on websites, social media, marketplaces, paid ads, app stores. Their efficient monitoring and take down service has allowed me to focus on other items since they do all the heavy lifting.

What do you like best about the product?
BrandShield delivers where others fall short. As a 30-year industry veteran and director of operations for a large franchise system, I’ve fought everything from local trademark infringers to deceptive online ad campaigns. BrandShield’s AI tools gave us a panoramic view of threats—everything from obvious fakes to subtle misspellings. But the real value comes from their team’s support, weekly reviews, and persistent enforcement. We’re not just getting alerts—we’re getting action.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrandShield’s solution isn’t plug-and-play—you need to be involved. The system is powerful, but without hands-on tuning, it can flag false positives. Fortunately, their team works with you to define safe zones and clean up false alerts. It’s not set-it-and-forget-it, but real brand protection never is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrandShield helped us identify and remove nearly 100 infringing domains and dozens of fraudulent sites. We’ve regained control over our online presence and saved real money and brand equity.
