What do you like best about the product?
BrandShield has been an invaluable partner in protecting our brand online. Their platform quickly detects and removes infringements, while the support team ensures every issue is resolved efficiently. We now have peace of mind knowing our reputation is actively safeguarded.

BrandShield offers a strong platform for monitoring and removing online brand infringements, with responsive support and effective tools. While the service is highly effective, the costs can be challenging for smaller companies to justify

What do you like best about the product?
The team tries to understand the relevant IP challenges for our firm and to protect it. They have a friendly but professional approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is underutilized for our use case. It doesn't have some features that other competitors have (automated infringer tracking across platforms, etc) but they are constantly adding features.

What do you like best about the product?
Proactive and effective with respect to the identification and effective takedown of infringing. Persistent in following up. Good communicators with regular calls and reports in an easy-to-digest format. Matan - in particular - is great at driving the team forward.
The BrandShield team are also very human in what can be a predominately automated space, which makes working with them enjoyable.

BrandShield sometimes change up the workflow processes which can take some time to get used to. However, this is all in an effort to improve process.

Identifying and taking down infringing online content worldwide, predominantly from online market places and social media platforms.

BrandShield helps us protect our trademarked products from infringement, which is critical for maintaining our brand’s integrity. The platform makes it easy to monitor and address potential issues quickly, saving us time and resources while keeping us proactive instead of reactive. Their excellent customer support, especially from Matan, ensures that any concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly, giving us peace of mind that our intellectual property is well-protected.
Maor has made protecting our brand extremely easy!

As an user, we do not have to be actively looking for knock off sites to protect our brand or our customers. BrandShield makes it so easy for us to go through and approve these copy cat sites

No downsides on my end! Maor has been so helpful making everything as easy as possible for us!

They are finding so many knock off or copy cat websites and flagging them to be enforced. Taking these pages down is incredibly beneficial for us!

Their technology is excellent to quickly navigate and learn what issues we are facing in all the major platforms around the world. Solid commitment to customer service with good communication and follow up.

BrasndShield is solving confusion in various platforms from fake products and IP infringements that damage the ARK brand.

What do you like best about the product?
BrandShield has been instrumental for many years in our fight to chase counterfeits online. They are reliable and always willing to help when necessary. They are also quick to answer when any issue arises. Overall, we have been very satisfied with our experience with BrandShield.

Nothing that I can think of. Everything always went very smoothly.

BrandShield has been helping us detecting and removing counterfeits on many marketplaces.
Superb Product and Service
What do you like best about the product?
From the outset, the Brandshield team has identified and successfully removed a number of websites infringing on our brand and trademarks. Knowing that we have a dedicated resource hunting for bad actors trying to take advantage of our brand reputation for unscrupulous purposes is very reassuring. Our account manager has been on top of all aspects of managing our account and is highly communicative, which has been tremendous.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more enforcements in our package. We're forced to make tough decisions about whether to enforce or not, which means many websites in the gray area (unauthorized resellers, coupon sites etc.) we end up having to "monitor" instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They take down websites that infringe our our brand reputation and trademarks.

I especially value the Consumer Care support from Marcus and Roy—they are proactive, responsive, and always helpful in ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Platform is user friendly and we are looking forward for a smooth onboarding of the wider team globally.

Sometimes the number of cases flagged requires additional filtering to focus on the most relevant ones. Additional smart filtering or prioritization would save time and allow teams to act faster on the most impactful cases.

identify and managing unauthorized or fraudulent social media profiles that misuse our trademarks. It solves the challenge of monitoring multiple platforms globally by flagging potential risks and enabling local teams to review and act on them.
