Brandshield Platform - Takedown
What do you like best about the product?
Brandshield Platform is simple and use friendly. Assistance is always with you to guide and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Results come with patience. Regarding to the relevant platform that reported, enforcement process can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trademark infringements are spotted-enforced and took down for our brand protection.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Brandshield for both compliance and brand monitoring across the web. We have found their software and related services to be great in helping identify and rectify issues if and when they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps sometimes they cast too wide a net, but their team listens and course corrects when those situations arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brandshield helps us identify and address compliance and branding issues with third parties and partners online.
Superb, global monitoring of counterfeit and grey market sales on virtually every platform
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service, advanced technology to find miscreants
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, too much data. But it's easy to sort out irrelevant info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IP protection. We have a popular product with differing levels of IP across different countries. We need to identify, track and combat counterfeit, knock-off and grey-market products, all across the globe. I don't know how we'd do this without Brand Shield.
Responsive and hands on team
What do you like best about the product?
The enforcement manager (who is an IP lawyer) assigned to our team is proactive and always responds to our requests in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some infringements are not detected as quickly by their system/platform, and the platform can appear cluttered. That said, when we do bring issues to the attention of our account/enforcement manager, they respond quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takedown of scam/phishing websites, postings in marketplaces, and social media accounts and posts which infringe our IP and/or pretend to be our brand. This has allowed our legal, social media, and customer service teams to focus on other matters instead of spending time identifying and trying to take down the scammers ourselves, and responding to customers who have been scammed.

Brandshield help us to simplify and scale the brand protection journey. It helps us to see all infringements in an unified platform and easily take action from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI integration is definitely the next step here. I am looking forward to see more and more AI improvements being applied to solutions that we use.

What do you like best about the product?
Our BrandShield customer support team is attentive and responsive. We meet regularly to discuss ongoing enforcement and realign enforcement goals. We have also seen great enforcement results, especially in the area of fraudulent websites and social media ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used other online brand protection products, BrandShield's access portal could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraudulent online content negatively impacts brand image. BrandShield's algorithm scans for and enforces against these fraudulent websites, online marketplace listings, and social media ads, minimizing the impact on a brand's goodwill.
Invaluable Enforcement Tool and Excellent Team!
What do you like best about the product?
The software is invaluable to our brand protection efforts; we could never keep up with the number of infringing product listings around the world without the software. It is intuitive and easy to use and we gain so many insights about our brands and infringement trends through the software. But my favorite thing about BrandShield is the team -- they are responsive, very knowledgeable about trademark law, organized, and consistently go above and beyond. Equally as important, they are all kind and fun and generally just really lovely people with whom to work!

There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about the system or the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying and removing infringing product listings on e-commerce and social media platforms around the world and identifying counterfeit products, allowing us to launch investigations and get the counterfeits off the market as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
BrandShield is an amazing company to work with. They helped our organization so much and went above and beyond! They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They walked us through the software making it easy to understand and use. They updated the system as they implemented cease and desist orders, including the current status. Communication was top notch, as was providing us with the proper tools to work alongside them. Monthly meetings were scheduled at our request and they delivered each time. Support was always available when we had a question or recommendation.with!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no complaints that come to mind about BrandShield. They are an amazing organization to work with and they put all their effort into delivering what they guarantee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrandShield solved the issues we had in the beginning of our contract. We asked them to "take down" misuse of our company logo, content, etc. We have been able to nab the biggest offenders thanks to BrandShield. They worked very hard to give us good results and we have always appreciated that!

Some features can improved - e.g., Reporting features, data display of seller data.

E-commerce infringement takes place on global scale thus it will be impossible to track and take actions without BrandShield.
