What do you like best about the product?
They are always available and willing to assist. It is also very encouraging that they employ very knowledgable individuals that are always willing clarify issues and proceedures, that might be a bit technical for the average user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any notable negative issues to mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assist with the protection of our Company's branding and unlawful use of our logos/names/trademarks from third parties.

What do you like best about the product?
A very intuitive system which works as intended with experts on hand at all times to assist in protecting brands and stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
After more than a 6 months, I have no issues whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting our overall brand, identifying and quickly removing scam advertising and fake social media profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
BrandShield has become an essential asset in our brand protection arsenal. At TAAFT, we value its impressive detection speed, extensive feature set, and especially its outstanding customer support.

Setup was straightforward. BrandShield’s onboarding team guided us through customizing our monitoring parameters and connecting our key channels. We saw our first infringement alerts within days.

We check the platform multiple times a week. Alerts come in regularly, enabling timely takedown actions. It’s become a central part of TAAFT’s proactive brand monitoring routine.

From marketplace & social media scans to phishing detection and domain enforcement, BrandShield covers a broad spectrum of channels. We especially appreciate the AI-powered threat scoring that filters noise and surfaces the most critical infringements.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrandShield is feature-rich, which comes with some complexity. It requires thorough onboarding (provided by Brandshield) and getting used to it in order to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Trademark, Copyright & Domain Infringement
Problem: Scammers misuse trademarks in listings and typosquatted domains. This deceives customers and dilutes legal IP.
Benefit: BrandShield’s AI identifies content infringement (web, social, domains, metadata), prioritizes by severity, and supports enforcement. This preserves brand equity and reduces legal overhead.

2. Automated Threat Identification & Prioritization
Problem: Manual monitoring across channels is time-intensive and often misses coordinated attacks or emerging threats.
Benefit: AI-powered detection, clustering, and severity scoring streamline workflows. BrandShield’s threat hunters filter noise to surface critical issues—saving time and focus.

3. Full-Service Enforcement & Legal Support
Problem: Even with detections, handling takedown requests across platforms is complex, time-consuming, and often inconsistent.
Benefit: BrandShield provides end-to-end enforcement: AI detection, legal-grade takedowns, expert threat hunters—ensuring swift, coordinated action with transparency and legal precision.

Superior and Personable Service

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. When shopping around other IP protection agencies this was the only one that provided this level of personable service with an actual human, which is something we really value. Being able to directly communicate with our our account manager to create a plan of action is very helpful and they are very receptive to feedback.

Their system is also pretty simple to use and they make it really easy to report listings as well as keep track of ones that have already been reported. Also, compared to all of the demos we received from IP protection agencies, BrandShield was able to find the most infringing listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take some time to get things going but after a short intro period, things became more and more efficient over time. The system does miss some listings, but because we are able to communicate with our account manager, they are able to receive feedback and constantly readjust settings to improve on what the system picks up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are protecting our IP and reporting infringing listings such as counterfeits and pirated copies of our products.

What do you like best about the product?
A job that used to take Excel spreadsheets, sharepoint files and 2 employees is now all managed by BrandShield's platform, with oversight from our dedicated account manager, Avidan - who has been a blessing for me and for the company. It's easy to use, easy, simple easy of implementation and integration and fast results and of course when there are unique circumstances Avidan and BrandShield align and manage expectations realistically while paying careful attention to unique circumstances. We couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide our company - we literally use the platform daily and keep in communication with BrandShield.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couldn't find anything to dislike about BrandShield.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant counterfeiting, trademark violators and unauthorized personnel representing our brand and misleading consumers. BrandShield has been able to remedy this and provide an entire dashboard which dynamically updates to show all potential instances, it's incredible!

What do you like best about the product?
They are proactive, and willing to do work outside of any kind of automated requests that most companies stick with. I've seen them work to get listings taken down that the other companies we've used would have been unsuccessful with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about BrandShield. I guess I don't use their website interface much, and prefer to work with my account manager. But this is what I love about BrandShield, and that is that I am able to work with them this way without any pushback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have counterfiet listings that pop up on marketplaces, and with spoof websites all the time. We need to protect our brand by enforcing our copyrights against them.

What do you like best about the product?
Brandshield has made a real impact in how we defend our brand across digital spaces. It gives us the scale we need without losing precision, threats get flagged, and we can act fast. The automated takedowns and tidy case management setup save hours off our workflow and help us focus on higher-value priorities.

What really stands out, though, is the team behind the platform. They're proactive, switched on, and open to feedback. That kind of responsiveness makes it feel more collaborative than just vendor relationship. They listen and want to evolve the service with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that initially needed attention was geographical coverage. Some of our critical regions weren't fully represented, which limited visibility and raised a few concerns. But credit to the Brandshield team they took that onboard and acted on it, expanding coverage to close the gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrandShield helps us cut through the noise and stay ahead of brand threats. It spots issues, handles takedowns automatically, and saves us from chasing problems reactively. We’ve gained time, tightened control, and reduced exposure.
