Excellent client service and results
What do you like best about the product?
We have a very close working partnership with BrandShield. Every colleague is extremely passionate, responsive, and understands our business and priorities. They act quickly on all matters, respond immediately, and provide suggested ways forward when we hit an enforcement challenge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negatives to report with respect to our work with BrandShield.

Unauthorized uses of our company assets to mislead consumers and patients.

brand protection manager are always responsive and do their best to support our needs . We have developed a trustful relationship including strategic orientations discussed with the CEO

detection of illegal online sales & take down managment on my company behalf . Supporting take down process for illegal websites/offers reported by our affilates

What do you like best about the product?
BrandShield's customer service is my favorite quality -- they are responsive and thoughtful in responding to queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only request is that the system be improved to better report out pictures of removed products so we can track what infringing products are on the market and being removed by BrandShield's system.

BrandShield identifies infringing content online and assists with removing that content

What do you like best about the product?
Service level and attention to detail is top-notch. Communication is proactive and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes of note. If anything, some false positives are generated on brand trademark scans, but this seems to be a part of the game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrandShield leverages their vast scanning capabilities, alerting us to brand trademark infringement, imposter sites, and malicious web presences.

Beside the great service we are getting, Branshield platform is really great and is being developed all the time with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of something I dislike about Branshield but something to improve is always the how fast a takedown is being done. Now it's good but always can be better.

Branshield helps us protect our brand from misuse, phishing, and impersonation across websites and all major social media platforms.

Discussion with operator and responsiveness.

Many online offers are not detected. Absence of purchase tests. The table is not ergonomic. One scan per month!

Partial detection of offers

We have a trusted and valued partner who is responsive and adapts their efforts to our changing needs.

My only painpoint is that the do not have local office in China. They have Chinese speaking employees, but personal relationship is important in China andso when it comes to IP enforcement.

Enforcing our IP, spotting trends in the market. Provides insights in investigation cases.

Brandshield triumphantly fills a niche in the internet world for brands that suffer from plagiarism and copycats. The team behind it are excellent at hunting down and eliminating these threats to your business. Their diligence shows, in the effectiveness of their product and their attention to the changing industry and evolving technology standards required to effectively police the internet's varied marketplaces and search engines.

I have no dislikes, this platform has incredible ROI.

Our company has always been victim to the web's industry of brand infringement. Fraudulent sites are so prevalent, our company would not normally be able to keep up with the volume. Brandshield helped us issue trademark violations and takedowns for thousands of sites, keeping our customers safe from counterfeiting, identity theft, and other malicious intentions these sites commonly employ to deceive users, damage our brand reputation, and exploit consumer trust for financial gain.
