What do you like best about the product?
Deployed Wiz around a year ago, helps us to identify and resolve security issues in our cloud environments, confidured automated alerts, the UI/UX is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for integration with Zendesk to ease our automation processes.

Visability in the cloud, understand attack surface, close security risks.

Best tool for Vulnerability management and CSPM
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing which I really like about Wiz is - Graphical User interface, Its easy to understand for beginers as well.
Clean and clear Dashboard which display all the required information.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about wiz but one thing I guess where wiz can improve is - its reporting section like whenever we want to select multiple VMs, we need to select each VM manually. It will better if we can select multiple VM at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using wiz for vulenerability management and cloud security posture management.
its very useful that we perform both activity from one single console.

What do you like best about the product?
The main strenghts of Wiz for my use are:
- it offers a clear view of issues
- a powerful query engine enables to dig quite deep into threats and issues
- it's easily customisable
- I've received a good support by the commercial and technical teams
- it's far superior to other tools I've tried
- it seems to have a low footprint on my infrastructure

Some vocabulary is necessary to be able to properly query and understand the metrics and findings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a medium sized business which needs to be efficient at managing security issues, Wiz offers a solid foundation for monitoring our cloud workloads, detecting issues, and solving issues.
We've been able to assess our current security posture and focus on the biggest issues first. From that point on, we'll be able to improve and ensure no big threat will be left behind.

WIZ tool is really good in field of CSPM
What do you like best about the product?
WIZ tool is been really helpful in field of cloud security , It detects most of the Cloud Configuration finding and vulnerability. Features in WIZ are really helpful for the organization in order make our asssets more secure
What do you dislike about the product?
WIZ User Interface would have been more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we might not have complete visibility to cloud resources inorder to identify misconfiguration, WIZ is helping us to solve that problem just by setting up connector in simple steps

What do you like best about the product?
- An easy ot understand UI gives better user experience.
- Threat intelligence updates are quick and useful.
- Addition of new features like Data Findings helps in identifying PII realted data.
- The remediations and recommended security controls for vulnerabilities or misconfigured assets/resources are very useful.
- API explorer and testing tool is really helpful and something new I came across lately.

What do you dislike about the product?
None as of now. The platform is growing and depending upon the load it is managing the APi queries quite well. However, the change from REST to GraphQL APIs requires a little effort to understand to kickstart. But only after working with it can help one know it's importance. For exmaple, to get vulnerabilities the dependency on python API for a programmer is significant. I'd recommend a little in-depth APi docs can be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in securing our cloud assets, resources, codes, and more over identifying PII data correctly is helping in complying to the security standards like PCI DSS.

What do you like best about the product?
Contrary to other security solution it is none-desruptive to my produciton environment. While other solutions requires to install components in my cluster and may result harmful state (and also costs), Wiz ofer to look at my network from the outside using cloud providers APIs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I guess that sometimes I disagree with what is considered High or Medium by default. Additionally Wiz sometimes alert me on package vurnbility although it is never present in the runtime (e.g., alert on package in requirements.txt when no python is running)

Their customer support is really good.
They are very helpful and will go out their way to help and try solve any issue that may accuse.

The UI seems too messy.
There is too much information with not a lot of understanding what needs to be done.
We needed to have 1-on-1 with them in order to understand how to solve issues and where to look for them.

They are helping us understand if our docker images are secure and how we can solve the issues that may occur in our images.

The vulnerability findings are really good and the UI is also very intuitive and easy to understand.

Use of multiple layers of tabs is sometimes a bit confusing.
