Holistic solution for security concerns on your cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Constantly updated with new capabilities. Allows a lot of customzation for each requirement. The support team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user of Wiz for more than the past two years, we currently have nothing to note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a holistic solution with shift left approach this helps to reduce risks in production services and it also provides security monitoring based compliances and other best practices.
Complete visibility over my cloud assets and their security posture, like magic. Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The UX. It is absolutely amazing it's responsiveness and ability to pack tons of data into a single page. You can see everything you need and if it is not there pre-built, you can just filter our exactly what you are looking for and get the whole picture just via the security graph. Wiz is able to dig deep and find connections between components, asses those and empasize the critical from everything else. I am able to prioritize with Wiz with no effort from my part and most importantly I can customize the rules to fit my organization perfectly with unmatched granularity. Lastly, the recommendations are precise, and take into account
What do you dislike about the product?
The security graph is really fine grained to the point that it is difficult to filter what you are looking for and organize it in a tabular view as you need. It has a steep learning curve to master it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz provides me a clear and complete visibility of our Cloud Security Posture.
Wiz helps me with inventory and discovery of all cloud assets that we have.
Wiz discovered issues and secrets in places I never thought we had.
Wiz helps me to priorititze the issues we have by illustrating the impact or the attack path so I the management can understand the risk and helps assigning the task by having a remediation suggestion in place and a snippet of the issue so the owner has all they need to resolve the issue. On the other hand, when an issue detected is a "non-issue" it is very easy to configure the rules to filter out exactly what is considered "by-design" to reduce noise.

Top notch tool for Cloud Posture Management
What do you like best about the product?
Wiz is one of newly developed tools in the market which has a very fresh looking UI but not just that the Intel's that Wiz offers you is commendable and be it Cloud Posture Management or Threat Management Wiz outclasses other tools in this segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
One key area which can be improved in Wiz is on how we can search for anything rather than prompting the user to insert the values as text Wiz can work upon adding more search functionality such as upload of xls or txt files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Wiz for Scanning Cloud resources which helps us to gauge the Security Posture of the Cloud resources. But we also make use of other capabilities that Wiz offers such as Threat Intel's for tracking Zero Days or Critical Vulnerabilities and for Container Security.
Wiz the CNAPP king
What do you like best about the product?
First, onboarding your cloud estate to Wiz take minutes. Regardless if you have AWS or Azure. Wiz really helps open your eyes to what you were not able to see. Building queries is quick and simple or running a search is painless. Report detail is incredible when you are handing the report to your apps team to remediate issue. All details are in the report. If you need Wiz support, they are quick and are helpful. We are very glad we switched to Wiz from another platform. Anything you do in the Wiz console has a code backend that you are able to retreieve
What do you dislike about the product?
Always used REST but had to brush up on GraphQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is able to pinpoint issues in our cloud environment from app security to general cloud security issue.
Vulnerability
What do you like best about the product?
The Vulnerability Management module. It leverages CISA KEV to provide priority to vulns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but, want to see CVE ID counts and not only the vulnerable asset count. For instance, Wanna see, "in my entire cloud, how many CVE IDs do I have and by implement this fix, how many of them will be remediated etc".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, as a vulnerability 'scanner', I do not get to schedule and run scans. Wiz has a coverage of my entire cloud resources (GCP, Azure and AWS) and reports the vulnerabilities detected near real time. Wiz 'understands' what to scan and removes the headache of tweaking scans by the analyst. ALSO: VERY IMPORTANT: Wiz scans would not knock offline sensitive assets. Question: Does Wiz have plans to go cover on-prem infra? DO IT QUICK!
Second, for me, GUI is everything. Easy to navigate the GUI.
Third, elaborate diagram showing path and, therefore proof of the existence of a vulnerability. Reduces time and effort to investigate whether a vuln is a true positive. This doesn't mean there are no false positives reported by Wiz.
Fourth, naming possible product owners. Wiz enlists all persons that may be potential product owners. In a complicated environment, the VM Analyst may spend days and weeks, in some cases to track down the rightful owner of a resource.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down the best thing about Wiz, is how easy and intuitive it is to use. We have had great success in getting teams to be more active and responsive in regards to their cloud security ever since we started using Wiz. Wiz has a fantastic user friendly interface with amazing guides and constant support from the Wiz team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization and flexibility in Wiz is currently quite limited. There are certain features that could certainly be improved in allowing more flexibility such as assigning specific permissions to roles within Wiz. This is something that is quite restricted at the moment, but hopefully this is something that will be improved upon in the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz is addressing a struggle that we faced, with having more visibility and more control over our cloud estate. With the introduction and use of Wiz, we have found that our cloud security posture has improved overall. Our users are more inclined to go into Wiz themselves and address issues as Wiz provides such a surplus of information and insights.
Cutting Edge CSPM
What do you like best about the product?
Clear insight across estate, actionable evidence given for findings, helpful API Console and Explorer for assisting with automation. Clean UI thatis easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to customising GraphQL queries when wanting to create more exotic views by using fragments. Paging of results and filters could be more advanced in the GUI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security engagements with DevOps are improved by the actionable intelligence provided by Wiz, the fast feedback across the estate is readily visible and allows us to share with the relevant stakeholders.

The product is easy to use from deployment to day-to-day security posture management.
The platform is improving at fast pase, bringing new features and sharpening existing ones.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product needs attention from security teams and needs the organization to implement procedures around it. Wiz will surely point you to issues and prioritize them with you but the solving part is entirely on the users as it is a posture management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz gives us full visibility on our multi cloud infrastructure, exposing gaps and security issues/misconfigurations so we can improve out posture daily.
We also use Wiz for higher level of visibility like compliance and benchmarks internal assessments to enrich the reports we reflect to management.

What do you like best about the product?
Wiz was super easy deploy. We deployed in all our cloud accounts in less then one week. This gave us visibility to act on critical vulnerabilities that were not in the radar
What do you dislike about the product?
The connector documentation lacks a bit of information. I would expect someone from my team to be able to follow the docs and be able to get the connector installed without any previous knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wiz helped us to find critical issues that were not in the radar, and fixing this issues increased our security and our control in our cloud assets. That's surely making my job easier.
